Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers is het perfecte toevluchtsoord aan het strand voor een stel op zoek naar een romantisch uitje of een gezin op zoek naar avontuur en ontspanning. De St. Augustine Beach en Tennis Club beschikt over 2 grote zwembaden plus een privépromenade naar ongerepte St. Augustine Beach. Geniet van surfen, boogieboarden, parasailen of gewoon zonnebaden op een steenworp afstand van uw deur.
De onlangs gerenoveerd eenheid is prachtig ingericht in heldere, strandachtige kleuren. De unit is volledig gevuld met beddengoed, handdoeken, strandlakens en zelfs strandstoelen. Wij bieden borden, bestek en kookgerei.
Op slechts 2/10 mijl afstand ligt het beroemde Oasis Restaurant. Twee supermarkten zijn binnen 4/10 van een mijl van de eenheid. Iets verder weg is het historische centrum van St. Augustine. De oudste stad in Amerika, St. Augustinus heeft bezienswaardigheden zoals het historische fort Castillo de San Marco, het Lightner Museum, het oudste schoolgebouw in Amerika, de oudste gevangenis, de Fontein van de Jeugd en de St. Augustinus vuurtoren. Beroemde St. George Walking Street biedt winkelen, geschiedenis en culinaire hoogstandjes allemaal in één prachtig pakket. Een stad voor alle seizoenen, St. Augustinus is de thuisbasis van het Amfitheater, waar concerten en shows worden gehouden. Deze locatie is ook de thuisbasis van een prachtige boerenmarkt waar u ambachtelijk handwerk en mooie boerderijproducten kunt kopen, veel biologisch geteeld. Relaxing Getaway

We traveled to St. Augustine to attend our grandson's high school graduation. This condo was ideal. The kitchen was well-stocked and conveniently located near stores. From watching the sunrise at the beach to enjoying a refreshing afternoon swim, we had a wonderfully relaxing getaway when we weren't spending time with family.

Great Place

Our family enjoyed this cute condo. Plenty of beach supplies and perfect location. Easy walk across the dunes. Very family friendly and quiet location that’s close to all the amazing restaurants and attractions. Would definitely book here again.

St Augustine Beach Florida

We had a celebration of life to attend in Palm Beach and we are go to St Augustine Beach Florida a couple of times a year so we decided to book this trip in coincidence with our Palm Beach trip. Our host was excellent in that we booked well ahead. Then a storm came through and water damaged our original accommodations. The host arranged for another condo and it was great, Thank you to our host. We had a wonderful stay and the weather was perfect.

Family vacation

We loved the location! It’s a short walk over the dunes to the beach and also has vehicle access at the end of the road which was very helpful for my father who is disabled to enjoy the beach! Would definitely stay again!

The condo complex, pool and beach were excellent. The living room was nice. The kitchen cabinets felt as if they were going to fall apart. Dishwasher wheel kept falling off. TV quality was awful. Paint required in both bedrooms and bathrooms. Large gap in threshold at front door, had to leave closed. Rusted beach chairs. This condo has plenty of potential, but requires a lot of TLC. Stay was great, but disappointed in condo maintenance quality.

Cute condo in a great location

Condo was the perfect size for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Location along Augustine Beach was great and just steps from the beach. The 2 pools were literally in our backyard. Condo is a very short drive from the historic district without all the traffic, which we enjoyed. The condo itself was stocked with everything we needed (beach towels, beach chairs, dishes, bath products, etc). Having a washer and dryer inside the unit was super convenient. It could have have been cleaned a little more but it wasn’t terrible. The only major complaint I did have was the twin bedroom...the beds are cheap cot looking beds so they weren’t too comfortable and the dresser was practically falling apart and the drawers either would not open or close so it wasn’t able to be used completely. We figured no big deal, we’ll hang up the clothes in the closet except that wasn’t possible when the closet was filled to the brim with junk and the wire shelf for hanging was completely broken and hanging off the wall so that wasn’t able to be used either. That was a little bit of an inconvenience. Overall, with a little bit of updating, this unit has huge potential because it is very spacious and the location is amazing. We enjoyed our week here and will hopefully be back to the area sooner rather than later!

Wonderful Vacation!

We very much enjoyed our time here. Access to the pool and beach were incredibly convenient. The place was well kept. Communication with the owner was great. Overall, 10/10 would stay here again and plan on doing so!

Should be A warning!

Loved the Condo! And the pools was great..my only issue was the Snakes. I feel you should warn renters of that!! Plus we had one in the kitchen the night we was packing up....that kinda did me in!! Just glad we was leaving because i would'nt have stayed after that....

St Augustine Beach and Tennis

Unit was large and well stocked with dishes and cutlery. We cooked and ate many of our meals there. Our only grievance was with the comfort of beds in the guest room. The twin size cots are not regular beds, the cots are not sturdy enough for adults, the mattresses are covered with plastic and the thin sheets are not properly sized to fit the mattress. My husband and I spent two miserable nights trying to make the best of the situation as we had surrendered the master bedroom to our guests. They said their bed and bedding was comfortable. Overall, we liked the property. If the host replaces the cots and bedding in the guest room, we would stay again. The pools are nice and the grounds are well maintained. The boarded walkway to the beach with locking gate was much appreciated.

Kids aren’t welcome

If you have teenagers or young kids the place doesn’t like them. It is basically a retirement community there and they don’t like kids. It basically ruined our trip bc there was always some “Karen” or her husband or friend just like continuously watching us. The condo it self needs some TLC… it’s older and outdated and bathrooms don’t drain proper. The location of the condo is perfect bc the pool and beach access is just steps away. Could of been a nice trip but thanks to the “Karen’s” of the world it wasn’t.

A great week in St Augustine

This was our first experience with VRBO. Owner was responsive to questions and listing was accurate. The unit needs some TLC , paint etc. but it was comfortable. Only wish dishes were cleaner. I'm not complaining as it was nice to have dishes available but they were not clean and had bits of food and dust. After a quick wash we were good to go. It was great to have some nice beach chairs available. Overall a good experience and I would recommend to others.

Property was in a perfect location. Close to the beach. Grounds around the condo were well kept up. The condo itself needed a through cleaning and needed some TLC. Needed painting with some lighter colors and some items needed to be repaired. Kitchen cupboards were old and in poor condition.
