Oceanfront Coquina condo on beautiful Crescent Beach, where you will make memories with family and friends for a lifetime!
This ground floor unit is only steps away from the white sand of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intra-coastal waterway. It is an ideal retreat for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay, located close to the beautiful and historic city of St. Augustine. We believe it’s the ultimate location to experience fun-filled Florida the way it should be.
The Coquina is a family oriented complex with only 40 units. Walk outside the sliding glass doors of this unit and sit on the patio and enjoy the view and the sounds of the surf or take a few more steps to the pool. You can also enjoy the ocean view from the upper deck where grills and picnic tables are provided for your enjoyment. A tennis court and basketball goal are also included on the property.
Nearby attractions include: Marineland-now a dolphin conservation center offering numerous ways to interact with Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. Discover the oceanfront playground that has delighted visitors since 1938.
Washington Oaks Garden State Park which is part of Bella Vista Plantation. and well known for its roses, camellias and azaleas as well as exotic plants from around the world. The formal gardens are the centerpiece of the park but it is also famous for the shoreline of coquina rock formations. Enjoy picnicking and fishing along the Mantanzas River or hiking and birdwatching thru the numerous trails.

We’ve been coming to this complex for many years and always enjoy our time there. The complex is well maintained and close to the beach. This unit was well equipped and really had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would offer would be to update the sofa.

Clean, but needs updates

Great location, close to beach, but a lot of updates are needed at this condo and complex. The advertising about grills to use is false. They were taken off property the day we checked in. The stairs to the beach are cement and look super sketchy. They are scary if you have children. Our condo was not secure while we were there. The front bedroom window would not lock and the sliding glass doors were broken. This place has great potential and a great family atmosphere, but needs a little tlc. The bathroom light fixtures shouldn't be rusty. We also purchased a coffee pot to donate to the condo because the old one was rusty and we are not kuerig people.

Beachweek 2022

Oceanfront ground floor 2/2 condo. Nice condo amenities and great location. Just walking out to the pool and beach with two young children was a blessing. The resident gopher turtle ate like a king. One of the best vacations ever.

CoquinaCoquina-Ocean Front-Ground Floor-Steps from the pool and sand

I visit St. Augustine pretty regular, and have made lots of memories here. This was by far our best experience! The condo is ground level in a 42 unit complex. No stairs to compete with. Laundry was not in the room but 3 doors down. The pool was 3 doors down. The beach access was about 50 feet from our door. The owner Lou, very nice and accommodating. I sent her a message about the TV in the master bedroom not working, she sent maintenance immediately (if I would allow) and had the TV replaced the next day. She didn't have to but she did! I have never had any communication with the condo owners in my past, letting me know the place was ready, or just to check in. Lou, this place is just my speed! Quiet and not over crowded! A true gem! Our favorite family has stayed here for 25 years in a row renting 4 units. They were a fun group! Enjoying their family just like us! By far our best stay in St Augustine!! I will try my best to stay here every year!

Great Stay

Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Bottom floor near the pool. Pool exits right onto the beach. Didn’t see many others that had this. Unit was clean and well stocked. Upstairs neighbors had some noisy kids, but they normally quieted down by bed time. Beach was not crowded at all. We even had a visitor every day…. Shelley the gopher tortoise. Wonderful condo, wonderful stay. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful hidden gem

My family enjoyed our time here. We can’t wait to return next year! The location of the condo is perfect for a family with little ones, a few steps to the pool and beach. Beautiful and very clean unit.
