With its spectacular ocean views and tremendous amenities like a full kitchen, washer/dryer, AC, and heating, pool, tennis court and private access to the beach you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. After a day at the beach, enjoy tennis or pickle ballon the court in the front of the unit or a dip in the huge swimming pool. Publix is a short walk or drive. The condo was wonderful. This was our second time in this building, first time in this unit. The primary suite bed was so comfortable - many naps were had as well as wonderful nights' sleep listening to the waves. The welcome note, St. Patrick's decorations and green and white cupcakes were so thoughtful and appreciated. Condo was stocked - kitchen ware to beach towels to sunscreen and aloe. Everything!Having been here before, we did not do a lot of the touristy stuff, but did the pool and beach like locals :) We ate yummy food (go to Mellow Mushroom and Beach Diner!) and took long walks on the beach. Sunrises did not disappoint (would they ever?) with coffee in hand.10 out of 10. Seriously.

Ocean view from the balcony was lovely and relaxing. Access to the beach was also easy. The building is 3 stories and there is an elevator, though we found the stairs just fine for us. We would rent this condo again! It was well-equipped and pretty in its decor. There was a selection of bed pillows plus extra blankets and plenty of towels. Living room seating for 5 people (we were a party of 3) was in great condition.

We loved the location. The beach is great. I spent a lot of time just walking the beach and viewing the ocean. They have a well maintained swimming pool, but I didn't take advantage of that during my stay. The condo is close to a Publix, which was really convenient. It is a very short drive into St. Augustine. My wife and I spent a good week just seeing the sights around the city. If you love history, there is a lot to take in during your stay. My wife enjoyed having her morning coffee out on the balcony and watching and hearing the waves come into the beach. Our bed was comfortable, which was important to me. Our hosts , Carol, Betty and Dave, are siblings. They are wonderful people! We had a problem with the air conditioning about six days into our two week stay, and they were on top of the problem immediately! They did everything to make our stay at their condo comfortable and enjoyable. They resolved the issue quickly and we were pleased with their efforts on our behalf. I would highly recommend this property. We are planning to return next year. My wife and I are both retired, and found this part of Florida delightful.

Best Value in Vilano Beach

Such a great property! Right on the beach and convenient to all Vilano Beach and minutes from St. Augustine. The unit is well appointed and it is clear the owners really have their guests best interests at heart. We live only 25 miles from the property and decided to do a closer to home vacation vs. another trip to the panhandle. We will definitely rent this property again! The owners were easy to communicate with and available for any questions we had!

Little Slice of Heaven

This is an absolutely beautiful location! You can hear the ocean waves from the deck. It is very convenient and oh-so close to Publix! It is also remarkably quiet! It was very clean and is decorated with nice features like granite countertops and comfy couches. The bed is extremely comfortable! We really loved our stay!

We had a wonderful vacation! The views were absolutely amazing, and the location was perfect—just far enough away from the busyness to feel peaceful, but still close to everything we needed. Spectacular Sunrises to Start Each Day

We are two retired couples who had a wonderful experience here. From the very beginning, our communication with the owners was excellent. The condo was very clean and well supplied. We had everything we needed and more. The daily sunrises from the balcony started us out each day for our adventures. The location was perfect. Being right on the beach but with close driving distance to many vacation opportunities was perfect for us. We would highly recommend this rental for a terrific, relaxing vacation.

Wonderful location!

Location cannot be beat. Near Publix and restaurants and close to downtown historic Saint Augustine. Condo was clean and comfortable. Roku TVs in living area and two bedrooms. The balcony is great! Kitchen has everything needed for a stay with a regular coffee maker. Enough toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, and a few staples are provided. Condo was decorated for Christmas and was cute. We would definitely stay here again.
