We are only a 15 minute drive from Downtown St. Augustine, a 12 minute drive to the St. Augustine Amphitheater, and are the perfect location for your next beach trip!

Please note that there’s absolutely no guest pets allowed on the grounds of the complex. Traveling booking guest must be a minimum of 25 years old per the condominium rules. There is also only one parking pass allowed per condo (additional parking passes are first come first serve and there are only 8 of them - towing is strictly enforced). Please keep this in mind!
