Whether you're spending your days exploring the rich history of downtown, relaxing at nearby Vilano Beach, or gathering with loved ones, this home offers the perfect place to unwind.



The backyard is where this home truly shines. Fire up the propane BBQ grill, craft homemade pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, gather around the wood burning fire pit under the stars, challenge your group to a game of corn hole, or enjoy dinner together in the spacious outdoor seating area. Looking for a unique evening? Roll out the queen air mattress on the screened porch, lower the projector screen, and enjoy an unforgettable outdoor movie night under the Florida sky.



Inside, you'll find warm, inviting spaces inspired by the timeless charm of Historic St. Augustine. The fully equipped kitchen features both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, making mornings easy whether you're grabbing a quick cup before sightseeing or enjoying a slow breakfast together. The open living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy for everyone to stay together whether cooking, dining, or relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen includes both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, quality cookware, and enough starter supplies to comfortably begin your vacation.



Step outside to discover one of the home's biggest highlights. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for entertaining with a propane grill, outdoor pizza oven, wood burning fire pit, corn hole, and plenty of comfortable seating. The screened porch transforms into an outdoor movie theater with the included projector, screen, and queen air mattress, creating a one of a kind experience you'll be talking about long after your trip.

OPEN LIVING:

The kitchen opens directly to the dining and living areas so everyone can stay connected whether preparing meals, enjoying game night, or relaxing after a day of exploring. We provide enough paper products, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee supplies, and soaps to help you settle in during the first few days of your stay. Linens and bath towels are included.



THE LAYOUT:

This home features a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout and comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.

Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower and spacious walk in closet.

Guest Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed with en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a walk in closet.

Guest Bedroom 2: 1 Twin Bed.

Additional Sleeping: Queen air mattress available for additional guests.



LAUNDRY:

A full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Starter laundry pods, dryer sheets, an iron, ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies are provided.



PARKING:

Parking is available in the private paved or rocked driveway. Please do not park on the grass or block neighboring driveways.

BEACH DAYS:

Spend your mornings at nearby Vilano Beach enjoying peaceful walks, shell hunting, surfing, fishing from the Vilano Beach Pier, or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine. Looking to explore even more coastline? St. Augustine Beach is also just a short drive away, offering additional restaurants, shopping, and beach activities.



SECURITY DEPOSIT:

In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we instead charge a one time non refundable incidentals fee of $99. This fee acts as protection for minor damages and provides coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage. Guests may elect to purchase additional coverage for a higher limit. Any damages must be reported prior to checkout. Failure to report damages may void the incidental coverage, and guests may be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement if damages exceed the selected coverage amount.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and all of it's amenities.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.



We can coordinate the delivery of a golf cart or jet-ski's for your stay! Please let us know if you would like this service provided.

I am here for you during your stay and can concierge an immersive guest experience for you based on our menu of service providers! However, our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
