Oceanfront 2 Slaapkamer Flat Zomerhuis 258

Volledig gerenoveerd 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers oceaan appartement. Kwarts tellers en 16x16 tegels in keuken en baden. Houtnerftegel in woon / slaapkamer gebieden. Uitgebreid hoofdbad met helderglazen douchedeuren. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken met uitgebreide doorgang voor extra zitplaatsen en meer uitzicht op de oceaan. King, twee tweelingen, slaapbank, drie tv's (flatscreen, smart tv's met uw wachtwoord, HI-DEF in woonkamer en slaapkamer) stereo. Weber houtskoolgrill, high impact ramen en schuifregelaars en High Speed Internet-service. Plantage luiken overal. Bij Summerhouse hebben we 4 temperatuur gereguleerde zwembaden om uit te kiezen op het terrein waardoor het comfortabel is om het hele jaar door te zwemmen! Er zijn ook vier tennisbanen, twee racquetballbanen en één pickleballbaan. We hebben twee grillzones en twee speeltuinen voor de kinderen, gunstig gelegen aan beide uiteinden van het pand. Onze gemeenschappelijke ruimte rond de zwembaden is bedekt met weelderig goed onderhouden gras met een korte wandeling naar het strand. Onze verhuureenheid heeft vriendelijk front office-personeel en onderhoud ter plaatse om elk probleem snel op te lossen als ze zich voordoen. We hebben voor uw gemak een kleine bibliotheek en een fitnessruimte beschikbaar tijdens normale kantooruren.

We were stuck watching cable or just Netflix. No other apps. I almost went and bought new TVs. That’s how aggravating that was. The vertical blinds are a disaster. Constantly falling. Please replace them with curtains on a track that you just pull across. Mold on master bath ceiling needs remediation. Likely caused by bathroom vent not working. Overhead fan in guest bedroom also not working. One shelf from pantry needs to be removed from the bottom so a trash can can fit in there. The oversized trash can provided takes up way too much room in a small space. We do love this condo, so hopefully these things get fixed and we will stay there again.

Kind of eerie at night. You feel someone is watching you! Something going on with plug behind the sofa. Lamp to the right wasn’t working, tried switching bulb from the other, but that wasn’t it. So we switched lamps, had to use an extension cord for it to work from another plug. View wasn’t the best for the ocean. (Bushes a tad high)But understand about erosion.
