  • Zomerhuis unit # 443 is een volledig gerenoveerd, prachtig ingerichte begane grond met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers flat met uitzicht op de oceaan en het zwembad. Het beschikt over een bijgewerkte, volledig gevulde keuken met granieten aanrecht en alle gemakken en gemakken die u thuis zou verwachten. De woonkamer is betegeld met een groot tapijt van natuurlijke vezels in de woonkamer en tapijt in de slaapkamers. De Master King Suite beschikt over een mooie betegelde inloopdouche en dubbele wastafels met granieten aanrecht. De gast slaapkamer beschikt over twee aparte bedden en een prachtig ingerichte gast bad. De woonkamer slaapbank slaapt comfortabel twee extra gasten. The dishwasher looks like it's from the 80s and was very rusted inside. I wouldn't wash any dishes in it all week and had to wash them by hand. Also, the washing machine was very moldy so hated to wash my clothes in it. Other than those two things, we loved the room. They had nice beach chairs/noodles/toys in the closet and nice selection of games. Master bed was comfy.

Within one hour of reporting this to Dianna, the problems were addressed.(the exterminator came and then Ryan arrived to fix the light problems). I’m not exaggerating when I say within an hour! Both Gayle and Dianna handled our family rentals for next year.....all of the units we rented this year were wonderful and we selected them again for next year.

Great place!

Very nice place. Clean and modern. Back door is on ground level and is a few yards from pool and about 30 sec walk to beach dock. Parking is right out the front door within ten feet or so. There are beach chairs, toys, umbrella etc which was great!!! However, there is not a grill. Kitchen supplies, linen, etc were more than adequate. If I were to give any criticism, I would suggest a new toaster and have the clothes washer looked at as it is very loud. A grill would be fabulous. Great place, loved it!
