Quaint 1925 huisje met grote veranda's, een gescreend, gelegen in Historic Uptown San Marco binnen de stadspoorten van St Augustine. Het huisje ligt op loopafstand, fietsen trolley of op korte rijafstand van de oude stad en de vele lokale bezienswaardigheden, winkels, pubs en restaurants en een korte rit of trolley naar de stranden. Er is veel te doen in onze prachtige stad, waaronder veel lokale bezienswaardigheden en veel leuke plekken om te bezoeken. Je kunt een aantal van de beste gerechten van over de hele wereld proeven in restaurants van wereldklasse. Het huisje is pas geschilderd en schoon, 2 slaapkamers, 4 personen, met comfortabele inrichting. Geschikt voor Wi-Fi en werkruimte voor de zakenreiziger. Volledig ingerichte keuken met grote koelkast, fornuis, vaatwasser, magnetron en wasmachine en droger. Geniet van je dagen in de oude stad, zwemmen en zonnebaden op het strand, een bezoek aan de sites of gewoon ontspannen in de rockers op de veranda. Je kunt de trolley op een of twee stratenblokken van de US 1 of San Marco Ave pakken. U kunt een trolleypas kopen die u naar alle locaties in St Augustine brengt, inclusief het strand. Het is een mooie wandeling langs San Marco Ave. naar verschillende locaties, de Oude Gevangenis, Fountain of Youth, Ripleys, het Fort, de Mission Grounds, vele winkels en restaurants. Ongeveer 1 mijl naar het centrum van St George St en Flagler College.

Perfect location with everything to make you feel like you’re right at home

I had an amazing experience here at the cottage. My daughter and I traveled to Saint Augustine so that we could tour Flagler College. This house was in the perfect location! The walk capability of the neighborhood as well as how close you were to downtown was incredible. This cottage had everything you need to make you feel right at home. The owners do not spare any detail when it comes to making sure you have what you need as well as great communication and is pet friendly. We traveled with our schnoodle, there is a fenced back yard and even towels left out for your pets. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here in the future after my daughter attends college.

Great Getaway

There were 4 of us who needed a getaway and picked this cute house in St. Augustine. It was just a few blocks away from the Old Jail and Fountain of Youth within easy walking distance. We took advantage of the Trolley for touring. The house was a cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath very nicely furnished and so comfortable. The home had everything we needed, including comfy pillows and throws. We loved the front porch with plenty of seating and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for reading or just talking! We cooked breakfast every morning but spent the rest of the day seeing the sights. We loved the house and would love to return. Chuck and Darlene were wonderful hosts and their house was perfect for us! Thank you!

Panic at the Amp.

We stayed in town to take part in an annual visit from WIDESPREAD PANIC at the SAINT AUGUSTINE AMPHITHEATER. Deacon Chuck and his wife were wonderful and our preparation for visiting their city and property. The property was everything we could ask for. So many levels of comfort and access accessibility to the city. It really was the perfect location for our needs. We are super grateful to our hosts and look forward to hopefully returning next year. Cute, Cozy, and Close to attractions

We loved this cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to the trolley station. We loved sitting out on the front porches and reading. It was quiet and calm, which was surprising with how close to the trolley station and main road the house is. The second room is very small - it was fine for kids, but would be small for another 2 adults. The owners were kind and helpful. They reached out to let us know they were available, but did not hover. We had no problems to report, however. We loved the property!

Overall the house was full of amenities. Easy access and location was perfect. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and worn. The bedframe was shaky. The second bedroom could have a lamp of some sort. We would rent again.

A Beautiful, Cozy Cottage

This 1925 cottage has everything you need and is so close to attractions. I loved it was a short walk to things I wanted to see and do. It was clean, well cared for and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again. Cozy, peaceful, very enjoyable. Comfortable beds. Comfortable couch. Comfortable setting. Loved reading on the front porch. Neighbors very nice as well.

The Little Yellow House St Augistine

We really enjoyed our stay at the little yellow house. It is very quiet and in a good area. The bed in the front bedroom was very comfortable and most of the furniture fit the era the house was built in. We walked most places from the house.

Perfect Location St Augustine

Our "little yellow vacation home" was a perfect stay while visiting St Augustine. The early 20th century home gave a throwback feeling to the old city appeal, but of course with all the modern comforts of today. We spent our Thanksgiving weekend there enjoying the full kitchen with all the necessary amenities to cook. The TV over the fireplace was perfect for watching the games. The porch was great for sitting outside for breakfast. Back yard just the right size for our four legged family member. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Home is situated within walking distance of San Marco and the old city. Ghost tours are everywhere, however if your planning on a walking tour do it with Dion (office right next to the oldest school house) he was awesome. We would stay here again if back in St Augustine.

We arrived on Friday and stayed until the following Friday morning. The house was exquisite and very beautiful. It made you feel home away from home. Couldn’t have asked for a better location to visit historic St. Augustine. Loved the cottage. Front porch was great to relax after a day of sightseeing.. we lacked for nothing in the cottage. A lot of thought went into comfort.
