Property was exactly what we were looking for. Right on top of pool. Made going to room and back extremely easy. Walk to beach was easy and as expected. Easy access to drive in to beach as well. Road to beach access by vehicle was one street up. So we walked some days and drove truck others. Either way was pleasant. It was very close. Room was clean, slightly dated but no concerns at all. Well stocked in kitchen if we needed to cook. The property was quiet and very layed back. Made for a very relaxing quick vacation. Still very close to historical downtown St. Augustine. Close to a good amount of restaurants and attractions. What was very nice this vacation was the other guest. Extremely nice and courteous. Was definitely a good group of people all around Sea Place. No one was raising cane keeping you up all hours of the night or stomping above you. We will book this place again without hesitation.

Perfect st augustine beach condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was spacious and clean and had large master bath. Good furniture and comfortable bed. TVs in every room and large TV in living room. Kitchen was clean with good appliances but could have used a few more baking pans. Not an ant or a bug anywhere in the kitchen or on the property. Property was very close to beach access and was perfect for a nice Beach vacation. Also close to the community pool.

Short family vacation. Easy check in. Easy ground floor walk in. Could tell some things have been renovated and they were done really nice. Some furniture probably about time to switch out, old with stains. Water pressure in master shower extremely poor. Not sure if it’s a reduced nozzle or just weak. Door hinge plate not attached and door fell. Easy fix though. Towel rack fell off in master as well. Not a big deal but overall place could use some attention to detail.
