Luxe Oceanfront Condo

Vakantie in een van de beste vakantiewoningen in St. Augustine Beach! Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers bevindt zich in een klein boetiekcomplex van slechts 9 accommodaties en is onlangs volledig gerenoveerd. Directe oceaan met een eigen duin walkover voor gemak, u bent zeker om veel tijd te besteden aan de brede, witte zandstranden.

Na een volledige dag verkennen van de historische wijk of het strand kammen voor schelpen, samenkomen in de comfortabel ingerichte woonkamer om een film te kijken op de flatscreen-tv, of ontspannen op de volledig afgeschermde veranda luisteren naar de golven.
De logeerkamer is ingericht met een comfortabel queensize bed en biedt een vredige rust. De grote slaapkamer biedt uitzicht op de oceaan, een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen complete badkamer.

In de hal is nog een volledig gerenoveerde badkamer met veel aanrechtruimte en een douche. Koken is een briesje, want de lichte en schone keuken biedt voldoende voorzieningen, waaronder een Keurig, potten en pannen en veel servies. Bestel of geniet van de lokale restaurants langs de A1A Beach Blvd, waaronder verschillende winkels voor souvenirs of andere behoeften.

I cannot say enough about this condo! My husband and i spent hours on the screen in porch. The breeze coming off the ocean was amazing. The space is open and comfortable. You can walk to bars, restaurants, ice cream and putt,putt is 2 blocks away! It is only 14 min to Publix and the same to get to historic St Augustine. Just perfect!The property managers were easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Great access to beach and restaurants

This is our second stay at Sea Oats. We love the location with private access to the beach, and that it’s in walking distance to restaurants (fun nightlife on the island!). The unit is beautifully updated and stocked with almost everything you need. (Scissors and a whisk would be nice additions). Management is friendly and responsive. You can’t beat waking up to the ocean view. You can even see the ocean from the shower! We will stay here again.

The listing was as promised. The condo was on the sand but sadly the weather did not allow for any walks on the beach. Enjoyed the heck out of the view from the living room as well as the master bedroom and the small deck. Very calming to have coffee each morning and enjoy the waves. Great breakfast spots nearby. Property was exactly what we expected. Beach view from balcony was great. The downside was it was cloudy 95% of our stay, one day it rained all day, 2 out of 3 of the beach chairs were broken, but my husband and I relaxed a lot and read several books and ate a lot of delicious seafood. A cloudy day on the beach is better than a great day at work! No sadness here!

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo location and surrounding neighborhood was excellent. The 2nd floor balcony was screened so no bug issues in the evening (and morning) while we enjoyed an amazing view (and sounds) of the ocean. A short walk on their private deck and on a little path through the dunes made beach access easy. Spacious and updated EVERYTHING makes this Condo an excellent place to stay when visiting the area.

Relaxation Plus!

This property is A+ in every way! My husband and I stayed with our 34 yr old son. First class accomodations right on the beach, upgrades all the way. Our son enjoyed surfing, we all enjoyed hearing the surf from our screened in outdoor sun room. Location is close to downtown St. Augustine, but far enough away to feel remote and quiet (except for the renovation noise from the downstairs unit). We needed a 12" skillet, and Management delivered it just in time for breakfast next morning, great customer service! Would have liked to spend a whole week here.

Great Unit but Needs a Little Attention

This unit is in a great location to both old town St. Augustine and the beach and provides very easy, walkability to restaurants, desert shops, and of course the beach. The unit was very clean upon check in, was well decorated, and looked very much like the pictures provided. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because despite having been recently renovated, there are many "little things" that still need attention. Handles to doors are loose, doors are broken at the bottom with little pieces of wood missing, toilet paper holders are falling out of the walls, and one of the sinks in the master bathroom was not properly working, and the front of the oven was being held together with duct tape. These issues did not affect our ability to stay or enjoy our time, I just feel as though for the price you are paying to stay, that those items would be addressed. Again, overall it's a beautiful spot, great access to the beach, very clean, and I would consider staying here again assuming those items are taken care of.

Location was great. View wonderful. Additional skillets, mugs and place settings would have been great. I think there were only 3 or 4 table knives the 2 skillets probably should be replaced. Plenty of bath and beach towels.
