Word wakker met geluiden van golven die het zand raken en voel de koele zeebries vanaf uw eigen balkon. Klinkt dit idyllisch? Dat is precies wat een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan, End Unit,

Zomerhuis 251, gelegen op steenworp afstand van het strand biedt. Dit twee verdiepingen tellende, 2 slaapkamers, 2 1/2 bad appartement slaapt zes comfortabel en is de perfecte plek om uw vakantie te beginnen. Het einde biedt extra natuurlijk licht, wind en uitzicht op de oceaan. Leun achterover en geniet van uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit beide slaapkamers. Gelegen in een prachtig appartementencomplex ten noorden van de Matanzas-inham, is er genoeg te doen op en naast het strand. Met vier zwembaden met uitzicht op de oceaan (allemaal verwarmd in de winter), zes bijgewerkte tennisbanen, vier racquetballbanen, sjoelbak, hoefijzers en twee basketbalvelden, plus een speeltuin voor kinderen, er is genoeg te doen! Als u niet buiten bent, kunt u nog steeds genieten van het uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf het prachtige balkon van Summerhouse 251, met uitzicht op een van de zwembaden en compleet met uitzicht op de oceaan. Er is comfortabel terrasmeubilair voor uw ontspanning.

Het eerste niveau van Summerhouse 251 omvat een lichte, luchtige, bijgewerkte en gevulde keuken, perfect voor het bereiden van al uw maaltijden. Het enige dat je nodig hebt zijn de boodschappen. De keuken kijkt uit op de eetkamer, met veel zitplaatsen voor zes personen. Als het koken van een uitgebreide spread tegen je vakantieplannen is, is er een magnetron en een broodrooster, evenals voldoende voorraadkasten en niet te vergeten diepvriesopslag voor alles wat je voor later vers wilt houden. De eetkamer is perfect voor maaltijden of game-avonden, met voldoende ruimte om te spreiden. Je kunt ook een filmpje in de dvd-speler bekijken en op de bank kruipen die wordt omgezet in een comfortabel queensize bed. Een half bad is ook gunstig gelegen op het eerste niveau.
Zomerhuis 251 is een heerlijke ontspanningsplek! Ga naar boven in Summerhouse 251 voor de logeerkamer en de master en suite, die beide comfortabel zijn ingericht en bijgewerkt. De gast slaapkamer heeft twee extra lange eenpersoonsbedden, (met ligbad in de buurt). Het comfortabele kingsize bed van de master suite geeft je een verfrissend gevoel na een lange nachtrust. Als je wilt, open je de ramen om de zeewind binnen te laten en voel je alle stress van je dagelijkse leven wegsmelten.

Zomerhuis 251 ligt op een steenworp afstand van het zachte zand van Crescent Beach.

This was an awesome stay! Property was clean. Check-in and out process was easy! We tripped a breaker and could not locate the breaker box. Owner called within 15 minutes and gave personal cell phone for any other issues. Rey prompt friendly service. Property location was great! Pools were clean and spacious! Walk to beach was easy! View was great! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful stay, needs housekeeping tune-up

We have stayed at Summerhouse for years but this is the first time we have rented with VRBO. The process of renting and picking up keys, and checking out, was convenient and easy. We had no reason to contact the owner, so I cannot speak to that. The unit itself is wonderful, with natural light, comfortable recliners (such a treat!), and a great balcony set up, where we spent a lot of time. I did notice a few issues with housekeeping that could be improved upon. The coffee maker was grimy but cleaned up easily enough. I would have preferred a new, unwrapped kitchen sponge, and more than one kitchen towel in the kitchen though. The linens upstairs (towels and sheets) need to be evaluated and replaced as necessary. I found some rust colored stains on two pillowcases that were unpleasant to consider. A tear in the fitted sheet on the king bed that my toe kept finding. Towels were a little worn and/or dingy. A little dust on lamps and other surfaces. A glob of toothpaste on the bathroom vanity cabinet door. These issues would not keep me from renting again, but it’s a great place and a sharper eye from housekeeping would make it 5 stars all around.

First morning there we found cockroach’s all in the kitchen cabinets and upstairs bathrooms, the only solution they give us was moving to a back smaller unit for the same price as we paid for our beach view they seem to think it was normal and nothing they could do about it and just kept stating they was sorry we was having to deal with it…. The pool out by ours the heater was broken and no one told us about it, the playground is not what is pictured at all. Totally different equipment. Overall terrible place to stay and would not recommend wasting any money here.

Roach Condo

This review is less about the Summerhouse and more about the Owner/Group (Beach Trip Vacation Rentals) who took care or the unit we stayed in. We have stayed at Summerhouse before, and we couldn’t wait to return. Sadly, this trip was not as advertised. We are familiar with roaches and Florida, but the infestation in our unit (251) was incessant. Roaches in the cabinets, pantry, drawers, on floors and walls, and crawling on the television and living room. We wanted to cook and eat in the “comfortable” kitchen and dining room, but felt sick every time we saw them. Even the dishwasher had cockroaches crawling around - even after we washed every dish in the cabinet. We reached out multiple times for help and got little more than inept acknowledgment. We even went to both the the Summerhouse office and the management office to share what we had already posted through our contact on VRBO. We were offered another space for our last two nights, but the place was 10-15 minutes away from our group. Our beautiful beach vacation was shadowed by the roaches in our unit - they stayed with us the entire time and got worse. And if it was only the roaches, that would be bad enough. The unit was not as clean as advertised and it needed a deep clean in all the corners, showers, and appliances. Master bed has “craters” and was far from comfortable We want to return to Summerhouse, but we will never stay with the “BEACH TRIP VACATION RENTAL” organization again. Rent from here at your own risk!

Everything was clean, bright, pretty, and as advertised. Perfect location. Plenty of room for our 5 adults (3 of us well over 6’). Had some A/C condensation issues we had to keep cleaning up. Trip to crescent beach

Good property overall. It was everything we needed and the listing is accurate only hiccup was that we never received the check-in information and caused a bit of stress while driving down but they did reach back out with every thing we needed fairly shortly. Condo was clean and furnishings were nice and up to date. We had a great trip.

The property was just as described. fantastic location for a laid back trip to the beach. Crescent beach was the cleanest beach I have ever been to in Florida. Property was great. Had all the necessary accommodations with private beach access. Make sure to rent a car. The location is too far out to uber or lyft twice when we needed to get back into town.

We really enjoyed the area and location of the condo, unfortunately there are a few improvements needed, I would recommend a deep clean of the property it’s was certainly only averagely cleaned and we could get a faint smell of dog!! The shower curtain in the master room was mouldy at the bottom and needs replacing and the white lace curtains in the living area were also mouldy at the ends, It could do with some TLC and updating. Small changes could make the stay more enjoyable e.g. better quality towels (they have reached there end), some cupboard or pantry space for food (each cupboard if full of things). Also on the info we received it didn’t say which number building the condo was located in, it would have been easier if it was started on the info we picked up with the keys.

Spring Break Getaway

Location was wonderful! View of the beach was really nice considering it was a row back from the beach. Unfortunately, the condo was not clean. To keep it simple, the condo needs a deep cleaning. The pull out couch needs to be inspected and cleaned after every renter (no way it had been before our stay - we pulled it out for my child and it was nasty). Many other issues with lack of cleanliness, which was frustrating since we were denied early check in due to cleaning being done. I was disappointed given the amount of money we spent to rent this unit.

There was food and a lot of dirt under couches and all over dust . Shower curtain in master bath hanging on by a thread the plastic inside part looked like it cost a dollar - really should replace I stay in a lot of VRBOs and thus was probably the dirtiest . So Nice

We arrived later than business hours. We were able to get our information at the office after hours however with no problems. Found our location with no problems. Condo was nice sized and met our family of 4 Needs. The only thing was that we wished we would have known that the unit was upstairs and that the bedrooms were upstairs. One of us had a knee injury and it was difficult for her to go up and down all those stairs each day several times a day. The half bath downstairs was handy. The view and amenities were great. Nice walk in shower in master bedroom and nice laundry appliances. Furniture was comfortable. Balcony was nice. Beach supplies was very helpful too even though we used ours that we brought, we also used those too. Enjoyed it throughly!!

Lack of communication due to property destruction due to hurricane and F2 tornado damage

The rental booking agent/property management- VACATION RENTALS BEACH PROPERTIES dropped the ball!! Hurricane Irma/F2 tornado -Sept 2017 hit Summer House condos and we booked our vacation in July 2017 and were NEVER NOTIFIED of the substantial property damage! — NO BEACH ACCESS, many buildings with roof damage, large construction equipment and dumpsters in use through out the property, and nonstop beeping and hammering from dawn to dusk. Since this was not the relaxing beach vacation experience we had planned/paid for, I asked if they were offering us any type of compensation, and was informed “NO”. We also let them know that the stack washer/dryer was not drying the clothes and were told a repair man would come by - he was a no show! The condo itself has some dated furniture and needs a new stack washer/dryer but otherwise was comfortable.

Clean, spacious, short walk to the beach.

Very clean and well equipped for cooking at home; loved the way empty grocery carts and hotel style baggage moving carts made luggage and shopping so much easier. We drove into historic St Augustine each day but could come home to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff gave us everything we needed at checkin for a great weekend.
