Enjoy our renovated ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse. The unit has enough to sleep six, and the living room has a sleeper sofa in case you need an extra bed. The living room smart TV includes a DVD/VCR player. New LVP flooring downstairs, and carpet in the bedrooms for comfort. Our unit is bright and airy with an added storm door, allowing in an abundance of natural light. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from. There are also tennis courts, racquetball courts and pickleball courts. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property, boat and RV storage and bike racks, so you can bring all your toys. Our common area around the pools is beautifully well-maintained with lush grass and landscape, with private access to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise.
