Gelegen aan zee in Anastasia is een prachtig penthouse met een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan. Dit is veruit de beste condo in het hele complex! Dit 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers mooie appartement was onlangs gekocht en professioneel opnieuw ingericht met alle nieuwe meubels en voorzieningen. Het appartement ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van de oceaan, vissteiger, restaurants, winkels en activiteiten. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een verwarmd zwembad, een fitnessruimte, aangewezen parkeerplaats, een wasmachine en droger in de accommodatie en gratis WiFi.

Seaside at Anastasia heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om te genieten van uw vakantie, waaronder een verwarmd zwembad, een fitnessruimte en liften. Slechts een paar minuten van het historische centrum van St. Augustine waar veel te eten, winkelen en toeristische bezienswaardigheden zijn. De Alligator Farm is ook vlakbij en biedt een nieuwe ervaring met ziplinen.

Schilderachtige badplaats. Of je nu wilt surfen, zwemmen, paddle board, zonnebaden, een stoel pakken en lezen op het strand, er is voor elk wat wils! Geen behoefte aan een auto als je kunt lopen naar de Pier Park, waaronder: woensdag Farmers Market, woensdagavond Muziek door The Sea Concert Series, volleybal, vissen, Boccie Ball en een Splash Park op de Pier. Geweldige restaurants, winkels en meer dichtbij.

Historische spooktochten door de oude stad zijn altijd een favoriet. Maak een rondvaart rond de baai van Matanzas, of maak een tocht met paard en wagen, rijd met de trolley, beklim de St. Augustine vuurtoren, en verken het Castillo de San Marcos. Er is zelfs een Pirate-cruise en een nieuw Pirate and Treasure-museum. Dineer op het terras van A1A Ale met uitzicht op de baai. Blader door de vele cadeauwinkels en kunstgalerijen langs en rond St. George Street. Bekijk de historische gebouwen, zoals het oudste houten schoolgebouw. Huur een jetski of een Segway.

Vergeet de Fontein van de Jeugd niet - neem wat gebotteld bronwater mee naar huis aan je "oude" familie en vrienden! The St. Augustine Outlet Mall is niet ver weg. Speel een ronde goud op het World Golf Village. De prachtige kathedraal Basiliek van St. Augustinus was de eerste parochie van Amerika. Bij Marineland, een paar minuten ten zuiden van de flat, kun je een duik nemen met de dolfijnen. Veel activiteiten om je zo druk te houden als je zelf wilt, en een mooie, ontspannende plek om tussendoor te zijn!

Family stay in saint Augustine beach area

We really enjoyed it . Host was great in answering questions ahead of time. Nice set up. Helped that there is elevator since unit is on 3rd level. Spent good amount of time at pool. Went to beach right across the way . Also found out down the way you can go park on the beach and set up there so we did that too 1 day. Nice that there are 2 beach chairs in closet and some beach toys . Salt life restaurant was really good. Get the almond crusted grouper topped with lobster in coconut cream sauce if you go. Beds and furniture super comfortable. Kitchen stocked nicely. Love that there are tvs in every room. You can walk to numerous restaurants and shops including RITAS custard and gilotti. Only 10 minute drive to historic downtown Saint Augustine . Highly recommend this place

Spacious condo across from the beach

The property is just as described. Great location acrossA1A within walking distance to restaurants. We stayed for an extended family vacation. Other family had a similar condo in the complex. I will say this condo’s kitchen was much better equipped than theirs and more spacious than their 3 bedroom. It is decorated beautifully. My only suggestion would be to put up black out curtains over the blinds. We had difficulty sleeping because the room was bright at night from the street lights and the sun at 6 A.m. However, the beds were very comfortable. This is definitely a place for the beach. The pool at the complex left a lot to be desired but our family was there for the ocean so it was fine.

Fantastic All Around!

This place is perfect in so many ways! The location is perfect for walking to different restaurants and the beach. The Master bedroom was huge and we slept like babies. The kitchen is adequately stocked and so are the bathrooms. Dora was extremely helpful and quick to respond. She was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo is short easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Condo is in gated community so very safe. Beds were comfortable. Small screened in area was nice in the early morning. I do agree with others about den furniture, chairs should be replaced. I would probably stay there again.

We were in St Augustine for a family wedding and stayed at seaside by Anastasia condos Unit was very pretty and we felt very safe Our only complaint was the furniture in the living area was very old and extremely uncomfortable. There is NO cushioning in the two chairs.

So spacious!

We loved our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and very clean! Great location to walk to the beach and some restaurants. Highly recommend Salt Life restaurant. The only downfall was the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and it was very light at night due to the outdoor street lights. Otherwise, we loved it!!

This property was perfect for our stay! The condo was spacious, super clean and nicely appointed. The community is well maintained, quiet and close to the beach and downtown. Many things are within walking distance. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened in patio without any bugs! We were sad to leave and definitely would return. The only improvements we would recommend would be better pots and pans and more comfortable chairs in the living area. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

We loved our stay at the condo. It was close to everything and we all enjoyed our nightly trips to Rita’s. The kitchen could use more dishes since there were 7 of us and we had to run the dishwasher after every time we ate. Really enjoyed the stay. Short distance from downtown. Had mainly what we needed as far as dishes and such. If you’re a “stay at the place” vacationer, the tv’s are small in the bedrooms, but comfortable beds and plenty of room for 6. It’s a little frustrating chasing keys down and such when u get there late after a long drive, but not too bad. I’d definitely stay here again.
