'This home was wonderful, brand new and with modern furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and accessories. We loved the outdoor patio. I would suggest a safety bar in the master shower along with some nonslip surfaces. We would recommend and stay again. '

'Perfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus.'

"Location is perfect. Close to the airport and even closer to the link lightrail which brings you in 30 min downtown Seattle. The rooms are good and the beds comfortable however everything feels and looks a little “old”. For us this was a perfect place to stay "
