'We were disappointed in the pool area this visit because the hotel lets members reserve pool lounge chairs till 1pm. Then there is an app that you can go on to reserve a pool lounger also. We did not know about this so it left very few chairs left available while no one was in the reserved chairs. 'great central downtown location. Staff were great and hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. Stayed in a suite with kitchen facilities which was great for the time we were there. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend.'
