'Ok, let’s start with ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Sara and Jon the caretakers are fantastic and friendly. The location is perfection, if you enjoy supreme privacy! The pool and beach are just what you need. The home is homey! Everything works. The property has some age to it, so be kind to it! This is not a fancy place. Read the few 3ring binder pages and you will have the knowledge required to facilitate the BEST EVER private family vacay. Wow, 443 characters and I have not even mentioned St Croix....

'We loved the house and location! Our group of 5 couples had plenty of space to gather in common areas (large dining table), thoroughly enjoyed the pool and were delighted with the well appointed kitchen - everything we needed to cook for a large group. Shoys Beach was lovely and an easy walk from the house. Hosts reached out with lots of info in advance. It was challenging to find the house at first, however - good to have the photo of the entrance to recognize it. We would definitely stay...

'Everything was great! Communication, from booking to during the visit, was prompt and helpful. We really appreciated Jonathan meeting us at the airport so we could follow him to the villa the first time. The grocery pick-up in advance made it so smooth for us to make dinner within hours of arriving. Accommodations were great, comfortable rooms and so many places to sit an enjoy the views. 'Location, views, responsiveness of host were all amazing! The house is a generous size and we were very comfortable there. Beach access and a few restaurants are super close. It was easy to find the two larger towns on the island and we went to Buck Island. The house could use a little TLC but we also understand it’s location receives a lot of weather, which we loved.
