Gloednieuwe rustige drie slaapkamer huis met uitzicht

Welkom... Desert Serenity is een gloednieuw huis en was compleet in december 2018. Kom en geniet van alles wat Zuidelijk Utah te bieden heeft, comfortabel, terwijl u verblijft in ons mooie huis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. We zijn genesteld in een rustige buurt, omringd door een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.

La Verkin is centraal gelegen voor alles wat Zuid-Utah te bieden heeft. Ons huis is 30 minuten van Zion National Park en 2 uur van de Grand Canyon en Bryce Canyon. Wij zijn gelegen op slechts 15 minuten van Sand Hollow State Park en Quail Creek State Park, waar u toegang hebt tot de meeste watersporten, eindeloze ATV-routes en zandduinen. Sky Mountain en Sand Hollow golfbanen liggen op slechts enkele minuten afstand, terwijl Coral Canyon Golf Club en The Ledges Golf Club binnen 40 minuten te bereiken zijn. Er zijn ook talloze paden om te wandelen en fietsen. Voor diegenen die geïnteresseerd zijn in winkelen en uitgaan, kunt u in 25 minuten in Saint George zijn, in 45 minuten een live-show bij Tuacahn nemen en in 2 uur in het centrum van Las Vegas zijn. Bezoek voor de koudere maanden Brian Head Ski Resort op ongeveer 90 minuten afstand.

Kitchen was great, we like to cook had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable plenty of towel, etc. Yard was spacious, they had a fire pit which was a plus for us. Close to stores, Walmart not too far away. Close to Zion national park. It was just adults but if you had kids the one bedroom would have been ideal.

We had a wonderful two night stay here and really wished we had longer. Set on a very quiet and peaceful street, but within a 10 min walk to local restaurants it was just perfect. One of those places where the pictures just don’t do it justice! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the rooms spacious with plenty of storage space and the icing on the cake was the number of coat hooks - so practical and well thought through.

Desert Serenity

The property was perfect for our Utah vacation. There were plenty of parks within driving distance. We made it to Zion, Kolob Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Red Cliffs and the Valley of Fire. We were close enough to Zion that we could get there in 20 minutes but far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the crowds. The home is well stocked. It is always stressful when you are traveling with kids and are not sure what supplies you will be given. I am happy to report that we had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, kitchen spices, saran wrap, tin foil, sandwich bags and a bunch of other little things that made life easier. You can tell when a host takes great pride in providing an enjoyable experience for their guests when they are generous with their supplies and even give you extra. We did not run out of anything. If you did forget something, there was a grocery store within a short five-minute drive. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes and appliances that you could need. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. It was truly our home base and can't even think of any suggestions to make it better.

Excellent base close to Zion

We stayed here with our grandkids while visiting Zion NP. It was about 25 mins from the park which wasn't too bad. Meanwhile, the kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the nice open layout made it great to hang out together. Grocery store was nearby and we loved Red Fort and Indian restaurant just a couple blocks away.

The pictures online do not do this place justice! It was so cute inside. The bedrooms were perfect for a group of friends. It was a great place to relax after a long day at Zion. It took us a little under 30 minutes to get to Springdale (the town right outside Zion). We were able to do laundry and park our car in the garage! It was such a great spot! I highly recommend this place!

This house had a great layout with a well stocked kitchen and nice custom bunk beds. The location was a very easy drive to Zion. Friendly and responsive hosts. The Pizza Wagon in Hurricane was a special treat for take-out. The city pool in Hurricane was a nice place to cool off after a hot day of hiking and very reasonable for a family ($3/person admission). We would stay here again!

Your go-to house if visiting Zion

I’ve stayed at many VRBO and by far this beautiful home, was the cleanest, best stocked with things we might need and most comfortable beds. We are 4 adults who traveled to Zion. We all were pleasantly surprised at the open layout of the house, modern appliances, and extra amenities. Each couple slept in a king bed and had their own bathroom. Lots of closet space to spread out. The Host has thought of everything we might need. No small detail was over looked. Huge, finished garage to store our vehicle and gear. I was sad we did not have more time to just hang in this beautiful home and relax. The drive was not as convenient from Zion when you are tired at the end of the day, but worth it in regards to comfort and value. Make sure you eat in Springdale before heading to La Verkin. I give this house 5 stars!

The house was the perfect location for our visit to Zion and to view the solar eclipse. Everything we needed was provided and more! The backyard was amazing and a great place to unwind after our busy day. With a bedroom and bath in the front of the house and a master in the back, it was like we had 2 master bedrooms!
