'Older buildings on the property were getting worn down. Pool table had a big rip in the felt. Everything was working. Roost kitchen had a water seal leak if you used the faucet in the sink, needs to be repaired.'

'This was a very cozy little place. Bonus was it is just a couple of blocks from our grandkids! It is also close to the grocery store, post office and Zions! Beds were super comfy and the TV! Can I just say I haven't ever seen one that big! Hubby loved it. Neighborhood a little noisy but it was New Years Eve lol. Property manager was great to work with super friendly. Love this little town. Will be staying there again!'

Besides it being incredibly clean and very well stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels, the location was amazing. It is literally right next to the cutest grocery store (with regular and specialty foods), right next to multiple restaurants, and about a 2 min walk to the town’s shuttle stop that takes you to the park. 'Our family loves staying here!! It's perfect for all of us to be together but still have space. The kids love the pool and the teens and parents love the bikes. There's fun trails all around. Management are great to work with. We've loved our first stay and return stay!! Great place, clean, modern upgrades. It's a win!!'

'This home was perfect for my family getaway! The kids loved the pirate/princess space while my adult kids lived by the pool. The BBQ area was perfect for our nightly dinners. This home had every thing we could have possibly needed. We would for sure rent this home again.'

'Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. This property was about an hour from Springdale which is the most common entrance to Zion. I actually enjoyed the Kolob Canyon side a bit more as it is far less crowed and no shuttles to navigate. This property was less than 20 minutes from that entrance. There is a gas station near the property for convenience.'

It was conveniently located to Zion and Costco. The only reason we docked a point for cleanliness was because there were ants in the entrance (not a ton, but enough to notice)'
