'Our trip was wonderful at the hotel. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed the convenience of everything. The rooms were clean and spacious. We also really enjoyed the 20% discount that comes with using the sister businesses that are located close by. The pool was refreshing and fun and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is also a very short walk to the Zion National Park entrance. Perfect for families, reducing the logistics of having to travel between locations.'

The units had everything we needed and very stylishly appointed with quality kitchen and bath items; and large living spaces. There were even three deer hanging around the property morning and night. I have been to Springdale several times and this place will be my first choice next time. '

"We hebben een heerlijk huisje dat van binnen veel groter is dan het lijkt van buiten. Het is een andere manier van “Camperen”. Je hebt de basis in het huisje en de overige benodigdheden kun je halen bij de inlog balie, hele leuke manier en ook zeer economisch. Een aanrader."
"The zipper of the tent was broke but got fixed by the Nice gentlemen at the reception. It was great that there was a little fridge at the reception and that you could borrow forma and knifes. It would have been good to know that it was a bit far out of town and you needed to go offroad to get there.

"Booked this place a stop on a short road trip from Las Vegas. Arrived in the dark so couldn't see the surroundings. Which were stunning by the way.
The house that was assigned to us was okay. Pretty expensive place, but you don't have many other options in the area. Didn't feel as tranquil as expected. There are quite a few houses on the property. The lady who checked us in was very nice, the one who checked us out had thin patience but still did what she had to do. Just didn't communicate very well. Also questioned our itinerary which came off a bit odd.
Overall: fun farm vibe. Chickens and dogs everywhere. So that was fun.
We went to dinner in the on-property restaurant. The food Was pretty good, and so was the service. A bit on the expensive side though. Especially since you have to ask for basic things like some bread or croutons to go with the soup. Also very strange: the Caesar salad was full of anjovis. Wasn't mentioned on the menu. Might be something to be checked with the dinner guests before serving. Not everyone is ok with fish.
The house was pretty clean, but the bedding felt a bit dusty. Also a bummer that one thermostat temperature is controlled for the whole house. And not separate in the bedrooms. The only way to cool your own bedroom is to use the fan or keep a window open. The bathtub wasn't clean and the shower had a very hard pressure. It actually hurt to shower. So these things might be handled to make the experience a bit better.

"When we arrived at check in and the reception saw our reservation troughs a 3th party he changed attitude and we feld in a few seconds not welkom. He gave us a room lower than we booked. We had to go back to ask the correct room. At the end of our stay we received a bill for parking our car when it was included in our deal. So overall we were not happy"
