'This hotel was fantastic. Beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms. It's almost directly across from the entrance to Windsor Castle, so it's perfect for visiting that and the town. No meals were included with our stay, so we had Eggs Benedict for breakfast at the restaurant next door, which was fantastic. My only complaint is their lack of parking! If you have a car then make sure you reserve a parking spot for the night! We were unaware of this upon arrival and ended up having to park in a pay lot...

The positive fact that is is in the center, near shops, restaurants, etc. can also be seen as a negative because it was at times noisy from traffic until about 22:00-23:00. The double glazing worked well overall and I had not trouble sleeping, though.'

'Mooi hotel, ontbijt is uitgebreid alleen iets aan duurder kant. Had rechtstreeks willen boeken dan wel met korting alleen website had storing. Badkamer is helaas verouderd. Voor mijn moeder was lastig om in bad te douchen. Was laat dus ook geen zin om weer te verhuizen en te vragen . kamer zelf heeft wel thee koker en koelkast. Verder is hotel iets te ver van trein station. Maar wel blij verast dat hotel zwembad heeft en sauna. waar je voor klein prijs kan boeken.'

However, some of the fittings were looking rather tired (torn curtains, flaking paintwork) and there were missing skirting boards. We also never found the switch for the lights in the bathroom! The cleaning wasn't very thorough - the inside of the fridge was dirty/stained and the drawers of the bathroom cabinet were awful. It was located in a nice area, which felt very safe and parking was easy. It's about a 25 minute...
