The space
The Cozy Cottage boast a long private driveway, enough for multiple vehicles. Enter through the back door off the deck into the home. You'll be greeted with a warm inviting area to kick off your shoes and hang up your jacket. Grab a snack in the fully equipped kitchen that’s complete with a spacious cooking area, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, spices, and a thorough coffee cabinet. Coffee, tea, creamers, and sweeteners are provided. Just bring your own groceries! In the kitchen there's a tall pantry, in the pantry you'll find small items for children including a baby bath, toys, and nightlights. You'll also find pet care items in this closet. The dining area has two chairs at the table and four bar stools at the bar, with separate lights over each. The desk workspace is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, filing basket, and drawers, where you'll find extra USB cords. The couch in the living folds out, you'll find extra bedding in the closet in the living room. The smart TV hangs above the entertainment cabinet where there are games and playing cards. Some of the softest blankets are found draped along the couch and over the corner of each bed. Just off the main living area is a small hallway leading to the bathroom and two bedrooms on either side. Soak in the tub and enjoy anything you may need including shower essentials, blow drier, make up towels and more. Each bedroom is equipped with queen size beds. In the closet you'll find velvet hangers and the pack and play. The laundry room is located off the north bedroom. In the laundry room you'll find washer and drier as wall as vacuum, mop, and broom. Located on the metal shelving you'll find laundry detergent, dryer sheets, steamer, extra cleaning supplies, and first aid kit. All windows are treated with sun filtering pull down shades and curtains. Outside the home you'll find a seating area on the back deck with party lights draped around the top. The backyard is the perfect area for your little ones and or pets to play. If you are looking for more to do you're just a short walk from historic downtown Saint James.
