'I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. '

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a lot of charging outlets available however I was able to make do and have all my devices charging during the night. 'Accommodated our needs for spring break but slight incidents from other guests caused us to have to speak to management. Walk right up to the beach and nice indoor pool and hot tub!'

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. '

'The waterpark was closed during our stay which was not advised during our booking process. It needs to be advised when the waterpark will be open. The cleanliness of the room was mediocre and the lack of hospitality has determined we would not return.'

'Everything was wonderful we had a hair competition and it was right next door to our hotel.and the room was wonderful no problems..we needed extra towels and it took them no time to quicklyget us fresh ones .everything we needed was in one spot and was right on the beach It had in door pools..ice cream spot..arcades ..nail salon..restaurants...and even a convience store it had everything we love it'

'Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that'

'The staff was excellent VERY friendly and helpful…enjoyed the breakfast,( might want to add some more fruit to the menu) ….however the phone system to call down to the front desk was not working for 3 days. If you needed something you had to literally go down to the front desk. And the most disappointing thing was the pool and hot tube was not working. This is one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel. To use the pool and relax by the pool side.. No one was permit in the pool area....

'Was supposed to be "newly renovated," had holes in the walls, the door leading outside to the balcony was separated, trim falling off in the halls. Had drug addicts across the hall. They give you a paper when you checkin with numbers on it to call for noise complaints.I tried to call but it was just dead air. The paper said dial 0 for the front desk but there was no phone. I tried to call the hotel from my phone, no one answered. I went down to the front desk and they have a ring doorbell for...
