'The description was exactly as listed. The view was magnificent, and the property was clean and quiet. The location could not be beat - close close to the Cruz Bay attractions. The only downside was the elevator was out of order, which made it difficult to get luggage up and down. But I highly recommend this property.'

'Coconut Coast Villas was an excellent place to stay in St. John! The water view was amazing, and the property managers were available and communicative the whole time. We were provided with a detailed guide of various places on the island for snorkeling and dining. We can't wait to go back, rooms were clean , location was great , we walked to town to shop and had a car as well.'

'We love being in Cruz Bay. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. This unit has a great view of the bay. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and updated. We used Starfish market grocery delivery. We do not rent a car bc taxis are so easily accessible in town. '

'There was a big community event in town went on for three nights until 3am. Be careful booking in march… or bring ear plugs. Ps not owners fault obviously! Otherwise place was great! '
