Deze perfect geschaalde studio is in 2016 prachtig gerenoveerd en biedt volledig Caribisch comfort met alle voordelen van een groot villapark.
    Suite Papaya is een goed ingericht studio-appartement op een gedeeld buitenterrein met uitzicht op Coral Bay in St. John. Slechts een paar minuten rijden naar de stad Coral Bay (winkelen / dineren) of verschillende prachtige stranden en paden van het nationale park en op 10 minuten van St. Suite Papaya, John's wereldberoemde North Shore-strand, is een ideale plek voor koppels of de solo St. John avonturier!... En als u een tweede kamer nodig heeft, zijn Suite Papaya en de zusterstudio A Place in the Sun beide beschikbaar en bevinden zich op het prachtige Papaya Moon Villa Estate.
    Beide studio-appartementen bevinden zich op het lagere niveau van het hoofdgebouw, en net boven een prachtig aangelegde heuvel en een groot zwembaddek. Terwijl de twee eenheden hetzelfde niveau delen, hebben ze elk hun eigen goed ingerichte kitchenette, eettafel, zithoek, tv en mooie badkamer. Elke kitchenette heeft een tweepits elektrische kookplaat, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster en magnetron. De eenheden delen meer dan 1000 vierkante meter buitendek ruimte met een prachtig uitzicht over Coral Bay en BVI, outdoor grill, bubbelbad tuin en groot zwembad dek. Elk van deze buitenvoorzieningen biedt voldoende gebieden rond het landgoed om alleen of in een groep te loungen.
    De twee eenheden hebben een uniek karakter, plattegrond, decor, bedtype (s), A / C en primaire weergave.
    Suite Papaya slaapt twee comfortabel met een optie om nog een gast toe te voegen; het beschikt over een kingsize bed, een uittrekbare bank, mini-room met ligbed, airconditioning en kijkt uit op het zuiden en het westen met prachtige zonsondergangen.
    De twee studio's samen vormen de perfecte retraite voor stellen die een beetje privacy wensen en kunnen genieten van veel gedeelde buitenruimte. Beide studio's samen huren komt in aanmerking voor een speciale prijs. informeer alstublieft.

What a stunning piece of paradise. Sue and Ron were such welcoming hosts, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. They were so kind and treated us like family. Such a quiet, peaceful home. The view is the best part. HUGE deck with stunning views. Not to mention, the place was very clean and well maintained. The bed was so comfortable, the fresh breeze from all the windows and doors were so relaxing. There is air in the unit but wasn’t even needed with all the fresh cool air. We definitely hope to come again!

Great location and views

We usually stay in Cruz Bay so this was our first stay in Coral Bay. We picked the right house for us as it was perfect for two people and as nice as advertised. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to the North shore beaches without going into Cruz Bay. We were able to explore the other side of the island and loved the quieter beaches. The house had a great deck with amazing views of Coral Bay.

The views are way better than pictured! Ron & Sue are amazing, so helpful & friendly. We enjoyed seeing Thelma (sweetest dog ever). The breeze is wonderful. We felt comfortable the whole time. Never needed the air conditioner. If you are looking for a heavenly oasis this is your place! 💜 The location is awesome. We were close enough to north, east & south shore beaches. The property is so beautiful! You will not want to leave each day. We saw gorgeous sunrises, and sunsets. This place is so peaceful. Lots of gorgeous plants and trees, humming birds and flowers. They have the best books available for you to browse about St. John’s as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful Views on the Quiet Side

The views are hands down insane! You won’t find those kind of views anywhere else on the island. Make sure to wake up early to catch the sunrise. The mattress was hard and I believe does need to be replaced along with a couple pillows and the comforter was scratchy. There was no soap in the bathroom pump. We wanted to spend time down by the pool but there was no umbrella for shade. Small things but little things make a difference especially a good bed when you’re there all week. We didn’t make it to the hot tub because it was just too warm. Wish we could’ve thought the views would’ve been amazing to sit there with a cocktail. There were multiple rooms to stay so it would be perfect for multiple families. Sit out on the back deck with a good book and you’ll be in heaven all day!

Unforgettable Week in St. John.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week in St. John. Best Romantic Getaway

This property was perfect for a weeklong getaway. It’s quiet and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We had everything we needed and picked up whatever we were missing from the small market/store located a few minutes away. Even though it was our first trip to St. John’s, we quickly figured out how to get around. It was pretty easy (25 minutes or less) to get to several beaches and downtown for meals. If you chose to stay in, there’s still so much to do. We enjoyed the views, took lots of pictures and lounged around the pool. It was pretty much the perfect vacation spot and we’d highly recommend it.

July on the Island

Just returned from an amazing week on the island. Mesmerizing views and great location for traveling to the different beaches. Ron and Sue made sure everything was ready for arrival and were quick to respond to any questions. We loved the quiet, meals on the decks, and late afternoon swims in the pool. We especially appreciated the care they put into their landscaping, composting, and creating a tropical home.

Amazing views!

My mom and I loved our stay in Suite Papaya. Each morning we enjoyed coffee on the huge porch overlooking Coral Bay! Everything was very clean, and the check in process was easy and simple. Ron and Sue (and Thelma) are lovely hosts and provided great tips on the local restaurants and beaches!

First time in St John

We had a FANTASTIC time at Papayamoon and will be recommending it to friends as well! I hope to come back to enjoy it again. Our hosts were very amenable and gave us lots of interesting helps and information. Only wish we could have extended our stay! We had amazing views, saw all sorts of wildlife and the beaches were great! Of the two places we stayed while on this trip - this one was far-superior. Loved it! Highly recommend.

Hello, My name is Holly and my husbands name is Jason. We recently stayed in this condo oct 5-12 in 2019. THE VIEW - JUST WOW!!!! Words cant describe how beautiful the view was. The pool was very clean and the room was so cute with the decor and we loved the view from the shower window. Every inch of the place had an amazing view of the whole island. We saw goats and donkeys riding up the road to the house almost every day. The house is very close to all the beaches within 10-15 min drive to all the beaches and about 10 min drive to most restaurants then about 25 min drive to town to cruz bay. We had such a great time and it was so romantic and relaxing! We had the whole place to ourselves and it was so amazing to get away just me and my husband. The room had provided: coolers and beach chairs and beach bags and all the things we needed for the beaches. The grocery store was only like 10 min away which was a plus. I will be back for sure! This was such a great place! I can not say one thing bad about this place. The owners even texted me while we were there to make sure we were happy and everything was going good. It was an AMAZING TRIP!!!!

Suite Papaya is a 5 star property all the way

My wife and I stayed a Suite Papaya for eight nights and enjoyed every minute. The property has a great location and is very secluded high on the mountain side. The huge covered porches was our favorite part with outstanding views and very comfortable breezes, even in August. We did not get to meet Ron and Sue but it is clear that they take great pride in their property. Would consider staying at Suite Papaya any time we are in St John

Ron and Sue were wonderful hosts who gave us the inside scoop on all the great local spots to enjoy the beauty of Coral Bay on the east side of the island. The Papaya Suite was perfect, waking up to sun cascading into the windows each morning. The place was immaculate, updated, and the views were stunning from the spacious back deck. All the extras, cooler, towels, even snorkel gear were shared with us which was great as we did not have to pack those additional items. With a pool, hot tub, and fantastic views you could easily be content just staying in, if it were not for the gorgeous beaches beckoning you. Papaya Suite felt like home and the only bad part was having to leave. We will definitely only want to stay here in our future visits to St. John.

St John Awesomeness

We absolutely loved Suite Papaya and St John!! Suite Papaya is ADORABLE and in a perfect location with truly beautiful views of the sunrise, rainbows (double) and Coral Bay. We had all we needed to relax and enjoy and the location made every beach, hike and Cruz Bay very accessible. We loved being able to hop in the pool after a day snorkeling and hiking to cool off. Sue and Ron are incredible hosts. They were generous with their time and recommendations. Coral Bay is on the quiet side of the island but Ron and Sue gave us the inside scoop on restaurants, live music, local artist and the best beaches - so we filled our days and nights with pure St John awesomeness. Our only regret is not being able to spend more time there. We miss you Thelma!

Breathtaking view with luxury look, home feel

Papaya Moon Villa Estates is like no other property I have ever visited. The feeling of home with the secluded luxurious setting and breathtaking views is unbeatable. The beaches are easy accessible, the hiking is amazing, the ability to just stay in and grill and watch sunrises and sunsets is available too. Having a pool that is right out the door to take a dip is refreshing and lovely! Papaya Moon has what everyone is looking for on vacation. Relaxation, peace and quiet, and yet, full access to all of the fun night life and day time festivities if you wish. Ron and Sue are great hostesses and provide ideas along with your own time on the island! Papaya Moon is our favorite Caribbean destination and could be yours too! Give it a try, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful view, well equipped, friendly.

Papaya Moon sits high on a hillside above Coral Bay, a quirky village of friendly restaurants and businesses. Papaya Suite is an attractively furnished unit that is equipped with all the necessities for a terrific vacation. (Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, books, pool, hot tub...) Ron and Sue are friendly helpful hosts who take pride in their property. We spent a lovely week in Papaya Suite and give it our highest recommendation.
