'This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!'

'The host was welcoming and polite. Our flight was very delayed, due to weather, resulting in a late arrival. We had to call the host around 10 pm and Alex answered the phone and assisted us in finding the correct entrance and running to the grocery store for water and a little food. 'Like many others have said, this home is so beautiful we hated to leave. The road up is rough, that’s for sure. Renting a jeep is an absolute must. The gorgeous view more than made up for it! One of the biggest highlights of our trip was returning back home around 4 every day just to soak up the view until the stars came out. 'Great little “petite” spot. Very close to cruz bay by car. New toilet, sink and tiling in the shower were noticeable improvements. Air conditioning was a plus. Very clean and tidy. Safe neighborhood and parking steps from front door. Host was very pleasant and accommodating. Enough room for a couple to live comfortably for a few nights to week or two. Cost was very reasonable compared to other places. Highly recommend. 5 star all around. '
