Downstairs, a living room with large pull-out sofa bed for two and a fully-equipped kitchen along with another full bath. The unit has air conditioning and washer and dryer, along with complimentary Wi-Fi within the unit and throughout the resort property. One (1) complimentary housekeeping tidy up is available during the stay, upon request. Basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper are provided as well as clean towels.

There are no resort fees and parking on the premises is free of charge. This is not an all-inclusive resort; food, drink, paid activities, excursions, spa treatments, equipment rentals and other extras are not included with the booking fee. A $25 per day Virgin Islands Environmental and Infrastructure Impact Fee will be charged to the credit card put on file at check-in.

Check-in is available at the front desk 24 hours a day. A valid government-issued ID matching the reservation name must be presented at check-in. A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidentals and the $25 daily Virgin Islands Environmental and Infrastructure Impact Fee.

Guest services are available 24 hours a day and concierge during common hours. The resort has restaurants, bars and a small convenience mart along with a local supermarket nearby.

Guests flying into the Cyril E. King Airport on St. Thomas may choose to travel to the resort on St. John via the private Westin Ferry or the U.S.V.I. public ferry service.
