Booked two rooms via Expedia and for some reason, one room did not come with breakfast. We were a bit surprised with the food cost, which was double what one would pay if you would just go to the restaurant outside. '

'The room was cleant,decent, and atypical as it was a loft.However, the service was poor as they refused to honor my booking through hotels.com. It was fortunate that I had money on hand with me to pay off 1 night. I booked at another place for my 2nd night of my trip to Pampanga.'

They don’t have a fridge in the room, hot water sucks since they only have a small portable water heater… hot cold,,, hot cold, just like begging mercy to the flow of the water since their shower have water limiter'

After a long journey and arriving at 3:00 AM, I was exhausted and hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the odor made it impossible to relax. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again."

Het appartement is zeer ruim en comfortabel, al lijkt het op de foto's van Hotels.com wel wat mooier dan in werkelijkheid.Zeer goede ligging, dicht bij toeristische bezienswaardigheden en bij de Robinson Mall met veel eetgelegenheden. Het zwembad is een meerwaarde. Zeer lekker ontbijt, te kiezen uit een menu. Aanbevolen."
"A good and quiet appartment with the necessary needs. Its a big building with 60 floors and around 60 appartments per floor so it can be a little loud in the hallway. Depends on the neighbours. Some of the items in the room need to be fixed. I shared that with the owner who will take care of it.
The residence looks clean and the staff is polite and friendly. The elevator is a little warm because there is no airco inside I guess. The swimming pool is nice but more for kids because it is mostly undeep water. The environment around the pool looks pretty by the way. I didnt pay for the fee (150 pesos per day) which I think is the reason most people don't come there. In general a good place to stay.
The location is great and next too a mall, supermarket and restaurants. Also nearby many sightseeing places in Manila, you can reach by walk or taxi (which is cheap in The Philippines). The traffic around the building is crowded but acceptable. On a higher floor you dont hear it so much in the room. It didnt bothered me anyway.
The check in and out is different than normal but not difficult if you follow the instructions you get by email or in the chat. Everyone is helpfull and friendly. If i come back to the Philippines I might consider to stay at The Air Residences again. Thanks for a good vacation!"
"After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. "
