'The booking Expedia put my family of four in a King suite with one bed instead of a room with two double beds. It was a busy weekend and there were no other rooms available. I slept on a chair and my son slept on a mattress on the floor.'

'We had a very quick one night stay. It was fine for that. The elevators could use a fresh paint job and the plumbing in the rooms was very loud when you turn on the sink. Clearly an older building. However, what was most disappointing was the inaccurate information about the amenities. I chose this hotel because of the free hotel airport shuttle. When I called before I arrived in Syracuse to confirm shuttle arrangements, I was told that that the shuttle is not offered after 4pm on Sundays...

What we received was a handicapped accessible single room with one queen bed. As you are aware, this is breach of contract and fraud. The booking was made for four people.
