'First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!'

'Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. '

'I liked the modern feel of the Tru. Carpets in hotel rooms always make me a little uneasy from a cleanliness viewpoint, so I was pleased to see hard flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and felt soft on the skin.
Bathroom was spacious, clean and was well stocked with basic toiletries and a hairdryer.
Mini fridge in room was handy for keeping drinks cool. Adjustable AC in the room was a plus as it was over 30 degrees during our stay.
Check in and out very smooth....

The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well.
Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away.

'We came for the Nationals. The staff was very friendly. The rooms, 3 couples had 3 king suites, were clean and spacious. Picnic tables with a pond view made it nice to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Even with having a showcar and truck and trailer, there was safe parking. '
