Leuk hotel , zeer vriendelijke bediening . De vleugel die we bezetten was beetje uitgeleefd en verdient een upgrade maar de prijs was dan weer in overeenstemming met de staat.Voor de prijs hadden we een grote kamer met groot terras. Verwacht niet te veel van de fitness. Conditietoestellen ok, gym gedeelte versleten. Prima hotel , lekker ontbijt . Correcte prijs.

Dakterras is aan flinke opknapbeurt toe. Te weinig en kapotte ligstoelen, geen verdere aankleding v dakterras.zwembad wel proper. Ontbijtpersoneel top! Barkeeper heel gezellig en kan veel meer cocktails maken dan op kaart staat.. WiFi(zeer snelle zo der storingen) alleen op slaapkamer niet op dakterras, restaurant, hal of bar Schoonmaak kamers kon beter. Ligging: uitgaan en restaurantjes om de hoek. Behulpzaam vriendelijk personeel. Hadden kamer met zeezicht geboekt, maar kregen kamer met zijzeezicht, bij receptie gaan vragen, kregen direkt kamer met zeezicht. Zwembad in kelder goed. Sauna en Turks stoombad niet gebruikt, zag wel netjes uit. Parkeergarage kost 8 euro p dag maar er ligt ook een grote gratis parkeerplaats

Leuk, mooi en schoon hotel. Zwembad bij het hotel is ideaal aangezien er niet veel strand is op loopafstand tenzij je hutje mutje wilt liggen. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en altijd vers en goed aangevuld. Vriendelijk persooneel die graag wat voor je regelt.

Prima verblijf
Op nog geen twee minuten lopen van de bushalte naar Valletta. Uitgaanscentrum Paceville om de hoek. Hier heb je in het hotel en op de kamers geen geluidshinder van. Ontbijt was in buffetvorm met meer dan voldoende keus. Prima onderkomen voor een weekje Malta. Enig nadeel vonden wij dat er niet standaard Wi-Fi aanwezig is. Hiervoor wordt 3 euro per uur gevraagd of 35 euro per week. Voor een 4 sterren hotel zou dit inclusief moeten zijn.

Reasonable hotel, but... you pay for wifi and for the spa. The hotel used to be a 5-star hotel, but is now old and 4-star. Rooftop swimming pool looks very nice for summer and has a great view over St. Julian's. The health club area, swimming pool and spa is very old and out-dated. Breakfast is more then good, but there are better choices, better value for money in St. Julian's. Lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Great hotel for students who like to party
Great location for students who like to party all night long. Lots of noise all night. Not very clean. Hotel staff not very friendly with the exception of The pool bar staff and one lady at THE front desk. Room size was good. Breakfast was very busy, good food though if you manage to get some through the crowd. Sauna and steamroom out of order. They charge you for the use of wifi. 9 euro per day! Omg.. Food and cocktails at THE rooftop bar very good. Very central located. Sunbeds are old and uncomfortable.

We do not know what type of expectations you had of our hotel as on all online booking platforms there is a comprehensive description and it is written in a way that gives no unpleasant surprises to guests. In addition, the reviews other guests leave on the various travel platforms and our responses to them should be a good indication of what our hotel and operation are like. For other guests to make informed choices, we would like to mention that the hotel is situated in a central and vibrant location, close to many restaurants, and entertainment places and very convenient to travel around the island by public transport. We are quite sure that people on a real holiday will find these characteristics positive. We would also like to mention the friendly and kind nature of our front office team who do their best and go out of their way to make the sojourn of our guests as pleasant as possible. Additionally, we offer a wellness facility, where our guests can enjoy a Sauna or Turkish bath together with the gym and heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi to aid in their relaxation while on holiday. The rooms are cleaned daily by our professional housekeeping staff and hence, kept clean for the benefit of our guests. There is also La Casa lounge bar, where our dedicated bar tenders prepare a variety of coffees, teas and alcoholic drinks, all in a hotel ambience of relaxation. God frokostbufet, men treg omelettsteking. Raske heiser. Vi hadde juniorsuiite med havutsikt. Trang balkong med en stol. Greit bad men dårlig dusj. Slitt og manglende vedlikehold. Ingen lydisolering og mye støy fra gata dag, kveld og natt. Hjelpsome og flinke rengjøringspersonale. Noen i resepsjonen var lite hjelpsomme. Greit bassengområde på taket med nok solsenger til vanlig. Nå var det Malta Poker Festival en uke med mange støyende menn ved bassenget. Mange restauranter og uteplasser rundt hotellet. Dette er nok øyas festeplass! Det er mye byggearbeid og støy i området. Vi telte 15 heisekraner når vi sto på den ene siden av bassenget.

Please note that we take these comments very seriously but in your case, it seems that we do nothing right in this hotel and additionally, whoever reads your review thinks we have nothing positive to offer. We do not know what type of expectations you had of our hotel as on all online booking platforms there is a comprehensive description and it is written in a way that gives no unpleasant surprises to guests. In addition, the reviews other guests leave on the various travel platforms and our responses to them should be a good indication of what our hotel and operation are like. For other guests to make informed choices, we would like to mention that the hotel is situated in a central and vibrant location, close to many restaurants, and entertainment places and very convenient to travel around the island by public transport. We are quite sure that people on a real holiday will find these characteristics positive and not complain about things that do not regard them such as the manager having his break. Contrary to your remark, we would also like to mention the friendly and kind nature of our front office team who do their best and go out of their way to make the sojourn of our guests as pleasant as possible. Additionally, we offer a wellness facility, where our guests can enjoy a Sauna or Turkish bath together with the gym and massages to aid in their relaxation while on holiday. The rooms are cleaned daily by our professional housekeeping staff and hence, kept clean for the benefit of our guests. Please note that if you left your 'Do not disturb' card attached to the room, then it will not be cleaned. There is also La Casa lounge bar, where our dedicated bar tenders prepare a variety of coffees, teas and alcoholic drinks, all in a hotel ambience of relaxation.Thank you for staying at the Golden Tulip Vivaldi and we sincerely hope you had a safe journey back home.Kind regards,DM

This hotel needs urget attention rooms we not cleaned the first 2 days when we asked about this we were met with a very aggressive reception. Pool had mould growing around the tiles badly. No chairs or tables on the large balcony again when we asked we were told this is the way they are although their website states they do heve them on their balconies. Manager spent most days out the front of their bar smoking. Food really needs a revamp not great at all. Sad as the front and foyer wete deceiving
