Stay Duration & Flexible Extensions: To cater to our corporate professionals and mid-term travelers, Bohio Luz operates with a strict 30-night minimum and a maximum initial booking of 90 nights. If your project, contract, or relocation requires an extended stay beyond 90 days, please contact us directly. We are happy to coordinate custom lease extensions and seamless renewals to ensure your stay remains completely uninterrupted.

​Security & Fully Refundable Deposit: Your peace of mind is our highest priority. The property features a secure, seamless smart-lock keyless entry system and external entryway security cameras (no cameras are inside private living spaces).
​Please note: Because mid-term stays function as an executive residential arrangement, a fully refundable $1,000 security deposit is required. This deposit is securely processed off-platform via our property management software 2 days prior to arrival. It is held as a temporary authorization on your card and is automatically released 2 days post-checkout, provided there is no damage to the property. Check-in details and access codes are automatically released once this secure hold is established.
​Historic Property Charm: Bohio Luz is a beautifully restored historic apartment. Because of its classic architectural heritage, guests will need to navigate a flight of stairs to access the entrance. Additionally, while the interior is completely modernized, the original decorative fireplace is purely aesthetic and is not operational for safety reasons.

As with any vibrant urban environment, you may experience typical city sounds.
