Guest access
Guests have full access to the first-floor flat and the Shared backyard firepit lounge. Entry is through a smart lock with a personalized code provided prior to check-in. Street parking is available nearby. Park in any available spot on the street.

Other things to note
Damage Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or amenities during their stay. Any damages, missing items, or excessive wear beyond normal use may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.

Cleaning & Excessive Mess
The unit will be professionally cleaned between each stay. Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition. Excessive mess, unapproved late checkouts that delay cleaning, or conditions requiring additional deep cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Issue Reporting & Refund Policy
If any concerns arise during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. Guests must allow reasonable access for cleaners or maintenance to address the concern. Issues reported after checkout, or situations where we were not given the opportunity to resolve the issue during the stay, may not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Occupancy & Visitors
Only the number of guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests or visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Violations may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation.

Parties & Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and possible additional charges for damages or disturbances.

Pets
Pets are only permitted if approved in advance and included in the reservation. $60 per pet. 2 pet max. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage, excessive shedding, or disturbances. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Please respect the established check-in and check-out times to allow proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. Early check-ins or late checkouts must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional fees.

Respect for Property & Neighbors
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect the surrounding neighbors. Excessive noise, disturbances, or complaints from neighbors may result in warnings, additional charges, or termination of the stay without refund.
