The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and vanity. Built for one or two guests — king bed in a private bedroom.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the full apartment and all listed amenities. After booking, our property-management system sends a short secure link to verify ID and sign the rental agreement (takes about 3 minutes). Self check-in door codes are released once verification is complete.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and the applicable pet fee. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping indoors. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Built for one or two guests — king bed in a private bedroom. We are unable to host leisure stays by guests residing in the immediate St. Louis area; exceptions (hospital stays, family visiting patients, displaced residents) are welcome — message us before booking. 202 is an apartment in a multi-unit urban building on South Grand — expect normal city sounds and neighbors; quiet hours are enforced building-wide. The unit number is provided with check-in instructions, and packages can be sent to the building with prior notice. After booking, our property-management system sends a short secure link to verify ID and sign the rental agreement (takes about 3 minutes); door codes are released once complete.
