Could be very nice. Needs a little attention.
This is a nice property in a great location. Very near many attractions and restaurants, but still a quiet residential neighborhood. We had been given an incorrect lockbox code in our check-in instructions. When I called the host, they did pick up right away and gave us the correct code resolving that situation quickly. Some rooms were in great shape (living room, dining room) but some looked a little worn (bathroom, kitchen). The one thing that really lead to a lower rating was challenges with cleanliness. There was hair & stains on some of the sheets. Check out instructions asked to start a load of towels in washer & I saw that previous renters said they found wet laundry when they tried to do this. So I went down to the basement & sure enough, there was a stinky, wet load of towels sitting in the washer. And basement only had two lightbulbs at the far end, making it dark & hard to see. I think if they can get a better cleaning crew in place and make some minor repairs/updates, this could be a very nice place to stay.
