'Such a cozy little cottage. Had everything we needed. And great location. You can walk to a lot of good eats and also to downtown. The local wildlife adds to the charm - turkeys, rabbits and squirrels.'

'Great property and great hosts. It was too cold to use the kayaks, but we did use the bikes, which were a nice amenity. The complimentary ride in the Model T was also a nice treat. One note on the bikes - one of the bikes is small so might want to take that into consideration if you are much over 5' and are looking to ride many miles.'

'We traveled to ride the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene. The house was a little out of the way but an easy drive to the Plummer Trailhead. It was comfortable and had a beautiful view of Cave Bay. The public beach was farther than we thought and was a fifteen minute walk. I think you would need to drive with beach gear and noticed that many residents have golf carts to get around. Property manager was responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay.'

'We chose to rent locally for a Christmas getaway. This home struck us primarily for the view "which was magnificant". But everything else exceeded any expectations we may have had. Eagle watching/photographing was incredible. Our family loved utilizing the couch that comes together in a cube for a movie night. 'We enjoyed our time at Midtown Outpost. We came to town to visit family and found the house to be quite adequate for our stay. We enjoy cooking…the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and allowed us to prepare meals and visit with family members in the front room. The location was great and allowed us to visit with several family households throughout CDA and access the area of attractions. The house was older, but nicely updated. Thank you for a great stay!'
