'Bathroom is pretty dated and could definitely use an update, but otherwise the room was pretty comfortable. The doors don’t keep out any noise from the hallway though so we were woken up multiple times in the early morning by other guests chatting outside of their rooms. Besides that, it was pretty quiet considering the hotel was right on a busy thoroughfare. We appreciated the free breakfast included. There were waffles, bagels, bread, cereals, yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and drinks....

'Spacious rooms but noisy. Airco does it's work but sounds like a F-16 engine. Kingsize and room with queens: both very hard matras. Staff friendly and helpfull (as your bathroom door is (b)locked from the outside ... and forgood diner suggestions). Continental breakfast good. '

'This is an elderly downtown property. In need of a major makover and update. The lobby looks satisfactory but that’s it. Barely clean washrooms, broken towel bar. Lumpy bed. Tiny breakfast room. Broken ice machine. Staff were doing their best.'

'Made a reservation for two rooms with 4 guests. Revised it a week before for an additional guest and was informed we would get two queen beds. At check-in we were given one room with two queens and a couch. In the room there was 3 sets of towels and no sheets for the couch. The reception realized the error and checked us into our second room'
