'Staff members were accommodating'

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, the room was basically a Jr. 1 bedroom apt with a Kitchen and living room (i did not expect that). It was very clean and tasteful and in a great neighborhood easy to walk to multiple things. The staff was also very helpful with food suggestions etc. Its a 5-10 minute to the heart of the Gaslamp as well as maybe a 10 minute walk to where the Padres play (and the waterfront). Also bonus for the $10 voucher to the cafe across the street. Would stay...
