However, there was a terrible amount of construction in the area including beach preservation project with constant movement of heavy equipment back and forth the beach area, also creating mucky water. Wish we had known ahead of time. '

'We enjoyed staying on the Gulf. Beach and pool were great. We barbecued on the grill and enjoyed several of the restaurants that were within walking distance. '

'Our stay was comfortable, and the unit's location right on the gulf was perfect! My kids (ages 9 and 8) enjoyed the beach toys available in the condo, and I appreciated access to the beach chairs and cooler. The building and pool were both quiet. We had a small incident with the kitchen, but the owners were very responsible and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the AC unit and dehumidifier are very loud. Overall, we had a nice long weekend stay. '

'The pictures of this property does not do it justice! This condo was pristine. Towels were fresh and smelled good. Dust free, and very spacious! Also, when you look on the map, the beach looks farther away from the property than it really is. Saint Pete Beach is a wide beach, but there’s plenty of places to stop if you’re walking the beach, which we did from our place all the way to Pass-a-Grill! '

'The condo was perfect! It actually exceeded our expectations in every way. Every little detail was throughly thought out. Views off the balcony were even better than the photos suggested. Communication with host was quick and check in/out was easy. Only downside was we had to go home! We will definitely be back. '
