Mini-fridge and microwave only), dining space, and living room area, separated from 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom is home to a king bed, while the first guest bedroom is prepared with a king size bed and the second guest room offers two queen-sized beds. The private balcony runs the length of this elevated unit.

25-year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Guest Access:

Check in at the front desk then take the elevator to the 14th floor and proceed to unit 1411.

Located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants in Clearwater Beach.



Getting Around:

Clearwater Jolley Trolley, Suncoast Beach Trolley, bike rentals and ride shares are all popular forms of transportation in Clearwater Beach. The area is also very walkable!
