    Onze oceaan appartement beschikt over een open plattegrond comfortabel geschikt voor 6 personen. De woonkamer heeft comfortabele stoelen, een flatscreen-tv, een open haard en het beste van alles kijkt uit op de oceaan. Het eetgedeelte biedt plaats aan 6 en een extra 4 op het aanrecht. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is volledig opgewaardeerd met granieten aanrecht en roestvrijstalen apparaten. De ruimtes op dit strandappartement stromen zeer goed waardoor het een zeer comfortabele woning is om in te verblijven.

    Neutrale achtergronden, eigentijdse stijlen met heldere kleuren is wat deze verhuur kenmerkt - zelfs de mooie lange gangen zijn mooi ingericht met prachtige accenten.

    Onze golf front condo beschikt over 1400 m² woonoppervlak.

    De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv, een eigen badkamer en toegang tot het grote balkon aan het water. Tweede slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden en de derde slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een bad / douche combinatie. Dit golf appartement slaapt een totaal van 6 gasten.

    Dit deel van het strand is afgelegen en enigszins privé, je kunt ontsnappen aan de grote drukte door te verblijven in North Clearwater Beach

Beautiful oceanfront condo, quiet, clean....and close to everything. It was about a 15 minute walk to the pier. The best part I loved about the condo was the hugh balcony over looking the ocean sitting with a glass of wine ~ people watching and watching the sun set

This location is right on the beach with beautiful views! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. So many fun things to do, searching (diving) for shells in the sand bar, jet ski rentals right from the beach and fishing off the pier, to name a few. We had the BEST time!

The location of this condo is perfect with an amazing view of the Gulf! We basically park our car for the week and easily walk everywhere for shopping, dining, fun at pier 60!! Our unit was so clean when we arrived and equipped with everything we need! Beach Time rentals is very responsive to anything we needed.

Very nice

Location was great. View was beautiful. The room is exactly what we expected, very nicely decorated. Manager was nice. Things to improve: Our floor was covered in sand, we had to clean while we were there. Even though cleaning person just left. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Rec bring your own bath towels there’s were stained. I’m sure they were clean but visually not appealing to wash/dry yourself.

The kitchen could have been equipped with items such pizza pans, cleaning spray and other a few more trash bags. Also inform renters that beach towels and other beach toys/chairs are provided so folks do not purchase them before arriving and buy unnecessary items. It was very appreciated to have those items supplied and we were able to return the things we bought for the beach to Walmart.We will be return customers! Thanks for the great stay!

Place is so outdated. Bathrooms are so old that you don’t want to go inside. Place needs to be updated and they shouldn’t be hosting anyone till it’s completely cleaned up and up to date. Very old, outdated and disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend

I have stayed there in two different times and units. My first experience was perfect, but this year the condo had problems. The sliding door locks are rusted and don't lock. We had to move the bed to clean the breakfast bars that were left there, etc..

The sunsets were breathtaking to view from balcony and windows too! The location is quiet but located within walking distance to many nice restaurants and shops. The only suggestion would be the balcony chairs need to be updated as the sun and sea air has taken its toll on them. It was nice to have beach toys and some beach towels to use vs. having to pack those. Also wonderful to have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer. With the cost of everything this condo is perfect for families or friends traveling together! We will be back for sure!

The property was clean, roomy, well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. We spent our days swimming in the beautiful ocean, walking the beach or basking in the sun. We enjoyed morning coffee on the Oceanview porch and later watching the sunset over the ocean with a relaxing glass of wine. There are lots of great shops and restaurants in the area which we also enjoyed. Frenhcy's was a favorite. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Julian, the concierge, provided us with top notch customer service as he was always a phone call away to answer any questions we had. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

We couldn’t ask for a better location. It was literally steps from the beach. The condo was clean and nice. It could use a few updates but we weren’t really inside very much so we weren’t really looking for appearance. Mona our manager was on top of everything we needed. It even had beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. It had a coffee pot and all the basic kitchen essentials. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The only downside was the pool was in between two buildings so it was shaded most of the time, but you have the beach right there if you like sun all day long. We will definitely be coming back.
