    Direct aan het strand op het strand van Madeira en dicht bij alles ligt de Arie Dam. Dit condo-complex is een kleiner gebouw met directe toegang tot het strand, een verwarmd zwembad en een bubbelbad, een eigen afgeschermd balkon met een direct uitzicht op de Golf van elke ... het is perfect !! Er zijn verschillende restaurants met live-amusement op loopafstand, evenals een Dunkin Donuts, een supermarkt Winn-Dixie, minigolf en nog veel meer. U vindt John's Pass Village ongeveer 1 mijl naar het zuiden, dat is gevuld met winkels, restaurants, wateractiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin om op een paar achtbanen te rijden terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts 45 minuten rijden of raak de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando binnen 2 uur. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn maar een paar redenen om onze Pinellas County-stranden te bezoeken !!! Wonderful relaxing Vacation

This was a wonderful place to relax at. Listening to the waves and locals coming out to play music while the sunset was very relaxing. The Condo was wonderful, everything we needed to enjoy the atmosphere and unwind

Musty!!!

The condo was nice just really musty smell, the main bedroom had a ceiling leak tripping into the trash can, and the pool was not open at all and doesn’t look like it will be anytime soon. Lots of construction all around, which is understandable, but a heads up would have been nice.

Great Condo

The condo itself was recently renovated and nicely done. Unfortunately due to the hurricane, the pool and hot tub were not opened. The pavers around both were getting installed so it was very noisy and dusty. The elevator was down occasionally and the fire alarm went off one day and we had to go outside til it stopped. Parking for guests was terrible during the day as the small lot was filled with contractors vans. Thursday the property manager asked us to let a contractor in at 11 for patio door repairs, contractor showed up at 8:00am and said he’d be there most of the day. Therefore I turned him away. Hopefully we can come stay again next year when it’s done being rebuilt

This unit needs to be renovated. Never deal with Resort Rentals.

The head end of the master bed sags so you're laying downhill. Couches are old and worn out. The whole unit needs remodeling. Don't use Resort Rentals if you don't have too. They do nothing but argue with you even on the simplest things. Very rude and unprofessional.

Love Arie Dam usually

We love Arie Dam usually. The unit we stayed in this year was the worst we have ever seen. Needs a good cleaning, painting, curtains in master were missing to many verticals. Closet door in master was not attached and didn’t realize until it came crashing down on me. Master bed was so broke down I literally slept at an angle. Very disappointed in unit this time.

Condo without a working elevator

The condo was perfect. The screened in lanai was a huge bonus. The walk out right to the beach was a huge perk. There were 3 wonderful restaurants right across the street. The beach decorations were great too However the elevator not working was a huge problem! And no advance warning was really terrible. Imagine our surprise to arrive with all our luggage and groceries to find we had to carry it all up 4 flights of stairs. The sign on the elevator said it was broken due to “the storm” and never mentioned which one. We talked to people in the pool who had been notified that it would be fixed before they left and it was not. No mention of how long it was broken. We did reach out to Resort Rentals and they said they thought it was fixed or would be very soon and they would let us know when it would be fixed. All of this communication seemed to just appease us as we never saw ANY repair people at all. I do understand that sometimes things happen but I may have canceled if I knew this going to be my vacation. Once we were there what choice did we have. We are almost n our 70’s and never pictured our vacation to be trying to get up and down 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day. Plus carrying beach bags and chairs was almost impossible. I can’t believe that this is acceptable in a world of ADA compliance. The stairwells were very hot and we dreaded the thought of going up and down. I feel that that there wasn’t a bit of compassion or apology from Resort Rental, VRBO or the owner

Excellent location. Beautiful beaches and many restaurants. Condo is spacious and in great condition. But couldn't use the frying pan as the coating was peeling. We would have loved to fry some fish. Master bed was not firm and husband developed a backache and had to sleep in the twin bed. Otherwise no problem with anything else. Will stay there again.
