  • Home Away from Home -Strand Cottages I 405 is een BRONS met 1 slaapkamer, 1 badkamer Gulf Front vakantiewoning gelegen in Indian Shores. Deze ruime vakantiewoning op de 4e verdieping heeft een prachtige inrichting en beschikt over een eigen balkon aan de Golf met uitzicht op ons prachtige witte suikerzandstrand. Genoeg terrasmeubilair om te genieten van prachtige zonsondergangen! Balkon is toegankelijk vanuit zowel de woonkamer als de grote slaapkamer!

    Vakantiehuis 405 biedt een volledig uitgeruste, volledig uitgeruste keuken met apparatuur zoals een magnetron en vaatwasser, gevulde laden en kasten ... alles wat u nodig hebt om thuis te dineren. Gratis draadloos internet. Flatscreentelevisies (kabel) in de woonkamer en slaapkamer, telefoon met gratis lokale en Noord-Amerikaanse gesprekken en WiFi zijn ook aanwezig.

    Slaapplaatsen zijn onder meer een KONING in de slaapkamer en een slaapbank die uitschuifbaar bed in de woonkamer is. Er is een bad douche combo en dubbele wastafel in de badkamer. 405 heeft een wasmachine / droger. Centrale verwarming en airconditioning en plafondventilatoren.

    De Beach Cottages I & II Resort voorzieningen omvatten Gulf Front zwembad, zonneterras, houtskoolgrill, gratis parkeren, interieur lift systeem, trappen, zwembad toiletten en buitendouche. Parkeren is toegewezen met 1 overdekte plek onder het gebouw. Beperk een parkeerpas bij het inchecken. Geen aanhangwagens, campers of boten. Check-out schoonmaakservice inbegrepen. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig.

    Maximale bezetting: 4. 405 is een rookvrije vakantiewoning. Sorry, geen huisdieren.

    Gemakkelijke toegang vanaf zowel Tampa International als St. Pete-Clearwater luchthavens en centraal gelegen dicht bij enkele van de beste attracties in de omgeving, Indian Rocks Beach ligt direct ten noorden van Madeira Beach en ten zuiden van Clearwater Beach.

    Een van de meest gerenommeerde attracties in de buurt is Pier 60 van Clearwater Beach en zijn zonsondergangentertainment.     Honkbalfans krijgen dubbel zoveel plezier: het gebied is niet alleen de thuisbasis van de voorjaarstraining voor de Philadelphia Phillies, de New York Yankees en de Toronto Blue Jays, maar het is ook de thuisbasis van de Tampa Bay Rays tijdens het reguliere seizoen.

    En voor voetbalfans hebben we onze Tampa Bay Buccaneers aan de overkant van de baai in het Raymond James Stadium!

    En met bijna het hele jaar door speelbaarheid, hier in St. Pete / Clearwater, golfers vinden verschillende uitdagende banen, met meer dan 25 banen om uit te kiezen, Pinellas County is een genot voor golfers!

    De door Donald Ross ontworpen Dunedin Golf Club biedt een traditionele baan tegen een geweldige prijs. Over waarde gesproken, de gemeentelijke cursus Mangrove Bay in St. Petersburg is de drukste baan van het gebied, met goed onderhouden greens en een eenvoudig ontwerp. Ook in St. Petersburg, de Renaissance Vinoy Golf Club is een beeldschone, par-72 baan.

    Als u op zoek bent naar plekken om te winkelen, zijn International Plaza, Ellenton Premium Outlets, Westshore Mall, Tyrone en Largo Malls evenals ons nieuwe Seminole City Centre allemaal gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf het strand.

Nice place -- very clean and comfortable. Location is also great. We have stayed in Beach Cottages about 4 times and this was the nicest unit of them. Would recommend

Good experience

Great visit to Florida. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated as pictured. We found plenty of restaurants that had re-opened since the Fall hurricane and also made good use of the huge pool & patio area

Love the location, beach access, sunsets and pool. Many delicious restaurants close by. Condo was perfect size for the 2 of us. Truly enjoyed every minute

Beautiful condo that was supplied with everything we needed. Great ocean view from the balcony. Easy walks to restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoyed a relaxing time. Would highly recommend this condo.

Long overdue vacation

No complaints about the stay. The only thing missing was a cooler, so we bought one and left it for the next guests. Very relaxing and necessary vacation time.

The woman in the office was very welcoming and the condo was clean and very nice. A beautiful view, a lovely updated kitchen and bathroom with a large shower. My reason for giving a 4-star rating versus a 5-star was due to the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was lumpy, hard, and creaky. My husband woke up with a back ache everyday. The beach towels were also very thin and did not resemble towels at all. Otherwise, a nice place but a bit pricey.

Absolutely gorgeous!

This unit is absolutely stunning and was perfect for the 3 of us. My son (9) had a blast and loved opening the doors and gates for us, with the codes. We loved the family atmosphere of the entire complex, nothing like a resort at all. We had a total of 12 traveling with us and it was so easy to get around to each unit and meet in the garage or at the beach. We had a great vacation and would highly consider this unit again if we planned to visit the area again.

Overall, nice property, but likely better for older kids. We are a family traveling with a toddler and infant, and the property was pretty exhausting to navigate- our unit was on the 4th floor, with elevators being under maintenance 3 different times during our stay, requiring us to carry two strollers and two small children down several flights more times than I’d care to count. It also required two different codes, as long as a physical key for the various gates and doors throughout the property. Each gate and door required two hands to open; again, making it incredibly hard to navigate while holding small children. Overall, would come back to the area, but would likely find a different place to stay.

The place was lovely top to bottom and simple things like having your own parking space undercover was a great touch. The building and grounds were kept to a very high standard and having gas BBQ saved a lot of hassle and time. The check in and out was quick and easy with friendly staff all around if you needed anything. A very pleasurable trip

Shower access and safety

We booked this condo because of the the shower seat seen in the photo. My husband is handicapped. There was no shower safety bar. The shower head was replaced by management with one having a long hose.

The only thing lacking was beach chairs, but you could rent for $175 for the week right out front of the condo. We left a cooler and a beach chair to sit down by the water in. The bed was a little uncomfortable, so we purchased a foam topper for one side of the bed to help with how firm the mattress was and left it there as well. Would definitely stay here again, loved how quiet the area was.

The bed in the couch uncomfortable as well. Condo was not well stocked so bring paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap, foil, saran wrap, baggies etc. We bought all this stuff and left most of it there. Pool was lovely and warm. Very quiet area.
