  • This ocean front condo is beautifully decorated with new granite kitchen and bathrooms. This unit has also has new leather furniture and 5 new queen beds, new dining room furniture, flat screen TV's and washer/dryer as well. You will also find a Keurig coffee maker and chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. There are no expenses spared when it comes to comfort with new A/C and new hot water heater!

    Enjoy beautiful sunsets and direct Gulf view from the privacy of your balcony or fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves in the master suite. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

    Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation getaway. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. The condo is right on the beach with an awesome view of the ocean from the balcony. It was perfect for our girls trip. We had easy access to shops, restaurants, and boating adventures.

Condo is in great location. The decor was a little dated, but it was clean. The area was not crowded and the beaches were beautiful. It was nice to be able to walk across the road to John Pass for a little shopping and have a choice of a few restaurants without having to drive. It was disappointing that the wifi didn't work the entire time we were there (carriers fault) as we needed it for work purposes.We would definitely stay again!P.S. The condo needs a broom!

Great location. Condo was roomy and well equipped. The washer needed repair and was not available to us. Sliding glass door did not open so the only access to balcony was through the master bedroom. Parking was good.

Great view great location

Great place to stay with a family. Family friendly beach and lots of shops and restaurants across the street. Nice lay out great view! I’ve maker broken but other than that no complaints.

The condo is nice and location is great. It accommodated 6 of us perfectly with the 5 beds, plenty if room and was right on the beach. Downside: Beds are old and uncomfortable as are the pillows. The towels were also old and worn and did not feel or smell clean. The condo needs a deep cleaning . There were dirty towels left piled up in the bedroom and kids sand buckets etc.. left outside the front door. There is a chair in the living area that is black from being dirty. This has the potential to be a top notch condo with some TLC and replacing the beds, pillows and towels and removing the dirty chair in the living area.

Beach Place 211

We have been going to Madeira Beach for years and have stayed in the condos by Johns Pass. This condo was one of the nicest, if not nicest ones we have stayed at. The booking and checkin was very smooth. Communication was great. The beds were nice. Plenty of dishes and silveware. Very nice place.

We had a wonderful time and the condo is beautiful! But there are several little things that need attention or could be better. The air worked extremely well, but we could not adjust it. We had my 84 year old mother with us and it was way to frigid. The thermostat was set on 63 and the directions said not to change it. The shower curtain in the main bathroom would randomly fall down, the water dispenser in the refrigerator had a trickle of water. The ice machine didn't work, but there is a counter top ice maker. None of the light switches controlled the lamps in the bedrooms. One lamp couldn't be turned on or off with the switch, only plugged and unplugged. The sliding doors wouldn't open.Overall, it was a good experience. We had a beautiful beach front balcony view!

I was worried after booking that there wouldn’t be three bedrooms since the pictures indicated the living room as one of the bedroom pics. So glad it actually had three bedrooms. It was a nice condo right on the beach. The only problems we had were one of the beds had dirty linens when we arrived (changed the sheets with a bed we weren’t using), the keurig water tank had mold growing in it (cleaned it myself and ran a couple of cycles through with clean water), and the ice machine (on the counter-freezer ice machine did not produce ice) had slimy black mold on the inside. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well, I ended up using my cellular data rather than hooking into the Wi-Fi. The listing said it had a new water heater but several in our group were forced to take Luke warm or cold showers. I’m not sure if the water heater is shared with other condos or it’s just really small but we didn’t have enough for our group of four to all have hot water throughout the day. The ‘problems’ were mostly to do with cleanliness and were easily fixed but just disappointing that it’s not more thoroughly checked between renters.

We rented this property for 4 nights for a family gathering. While the property is great on space and location, other than that is sorely lacking. The view is beautiful and the pool is nice but the condition/cleanliness of the condo really detracted from the whole experience. Upon entering the condo, the floors had not been swept/mopped. Our feet were black. There was mold in both bathrooms as well as in the counter top ice maker. The shams on the beds were filthy with drool stains. The amount of dust on the fire sprinklers and light fixtures was so thick. The light in the laundry room was clearly an electrical safety hazard with the hole in the ceiling. The amount of dust on the ceilings from the return air vents was awful. There was dust in the air conditioning vents and the bathroom ventilation fans. The amount of stained fingerprints on the light switches and around door handles clearly indicated they had not been wiped in ages. Overall this property has tons of potential, however it is due for a major deep cleaning and maintenance.

Amazing location!

This condo has a fantastic location. As the other reviews stated, some of the details are in need of repair and attention, but I would not let that stop you from staying here. We had plenty of room to spread out (3 bedrooms) and were grateful for a second full bathroom. No ice maker, no coffee filters, but overall amazing view of the beach, sunset, and access to the powdery sand just steps away. And being able to cross the street and walk to restaurants and shops makes it totally worth it.

2nd time here

This was my second time at place. Last year nothing but kudos this trip did not live up to expectations. Upon arrival we notice ice maker broken and no ice trays,missing sheets,towels,dish cloths, floor still sandy from other guest,bedroom tv not working Maintenance and houcleaning did come but tv and icemaker could not be fixed.Did not stay in rm 208 last time so maybe that was the problem. Pool and ocean were wonderful.

Better than expected

After reading the reviews I was a little bit concerned but it was much better than expected. Yes there were a couple of things like broken chairs, icemaker not working, not enough furniture or linens for the eight person max - but for the price, we were pretty happy. It was clean and functional, about what you'd expect for a reasonably priced beach rental that isn't cared for with the same detail that a homeowner would treat their condo. Location was good, literally right next to the parking lot for John's pass. There were a ton of teenagers gathering there at sunset but it was actually more entertaining than annoying. Overall a decent stay. Not the best but also not the worst place we've ever rented

Great location, pick a different unit

We read the reviews and should have known better, we really thought they would have fixed some of the issues. The only positive is the location, beach place condos. but we won’t stay in 211 again. Still broken chairs, tubs were old and dirty, both showers were broken( I texted owner, no response) but the beach place maintenance was on top of and fixed the following day. They were great. Minimal supplies, hardly any towels. Sliding door is old and isn’t easily opened. The view…great! But we can get that in 20 other units in the complex.

Location, Oceanfront, Fishing in Canal….All Great!

Location is great with shopping and restaurants steps away, oceanfront balcony view which is nice in the morning for your coffee, awesome fishing spot going into the harbor and only takes a minute to get to. Now the actual condo is ok, beds are new but stiff, ok for kids but for the older folks not that comfortable. Could us some maintenance, sliding balcony door is hard to open and close. Beds are on casters would be better if it had an actual bed frame. Condo is 6.5-7 out of 10 but other attractive like the stuff listed above are 10. If you don’t spend much time in condo you’ll like it. Would I stay again? Maybe

The location is awesome but interior has some issues.

Ice maker did not work had to go out multiple times to get ice - no trays abatible either. Additionally the refrigerator leaks so had to clean water leakage periodically. Also was a bit dusty and a couple of the chairs in the dinning room table se broken and one of the chairs in the balcony was torn.
