The home was perfect for our short stay. Had everything we needed (and more), convenient to where we wanted to go.

Lots of nice little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms (spices, tin foil, baggies, sugar, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, plenty of TP, etc.)

Quiet neighborhood
Restaurant and mini mart within walking distance
Clean
Smart TV w/Spectrum cable in living room
Beach towels and plenty of chairs etc downstairs
Plenty of kitchen cook wear, plates, utensils, variety of cups, glassware etc.
Keurig and Drip coffee makers
Desks, extra chairs
Plenty of books and some games
Dogs welcome which was a HUGE plus because it’s hard to find, especially without any crazy or extra fees.
Two gas grills downstairs
Kayaks and water toys available for use
Cons:
Home is old and needs some TLC inside and out
Furniture could use some cleaning (chair by futon specifically and the futon had a lot of dog hair left on it)
Grills hadn’t been cleaned (chicken pieces dried on grates), lighter was rusted out, no gas in one of the grills
Kitchen/bathrooms very outdated, cabinets/drawers coming/falling apart/have been rigged cheaply, shower heads could use a good CLR scrub
No TV in bedrooms
Old spring beds could be updated
