'The pictures of the property are accurate. We stayed overnight while looking for RV Parks for next winter's stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom counter's base has some structural damage but doesn't impede its function. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise because the place is close to the road. There is no pool so that should be taken off the listing. We felt safe in the area. You can walk 2 blocks to restaurants and pubs. We would stay here again for a short stay. '

'We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Only a few blocks walk from downtown Dunedin. We brought our bikes with us as the bike trail is right next to the property. The property is very clean, the check in process and communication with property management is perfect. Waters, coffee and snacks are available in the common building. Highly recommend this property for a great visit to Dunedin.'

'We had such a good stay here, I didn't want to leave! The place was super clean, plenty of toiletries and towels. Signs led the way to our parking and apartment, and there were instructions inside as needed! Rum cake was delicious, appreciated that and the gift card for a local restaurant. We ended up always having the pool to ourselves, the outside hangout areas were so nice. Wish we had a longer trip! We went to the beach several times, it's within 15 minutes of the listing. 'My husband and I took a quick 4 day trip to the area. We’ve been coming to this area for years with our kids and still now as empty nesters. The Casita met our needs to a tee. The pictures online were to a tee in person as well. It was clean and so charming. Wendy the property manager kept in contact with us through out the stay and was quick to respond to our messages from beginning to end. I would highly recommend the casita.
