We provide a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything needed for your home cooked meal.

There is a spiral staircase that will lead you to the primary bedroom featuring a Tempur-pedic Queen size bed with a 65’’ tv, wall mounted fireplace, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and best of all – a spacious deck perfect for your margarita while enjoying the sunset!

The deck has a high top table for 4 guests and 2 chaises, perfect for lounging.

This property has been professionally decorated with top notch finishes.

This property is totally updated and comes complete with everything and anything you can think of.

The balcony has a spiral staircase that leads to the community grouds, beach and pool.

We have a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Aldea is a highly-desired oceanfront complex that gears towards those wanting a peaceful and quiet vacation. This is a small, quiet residential building so no large gatherings, or loud parties are allowed.

Important details: No pets are allowed. Pool heated in cooler months.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
