Je bent op zoek naar een accommodatie aan het strand aan de Golf van Mexico die bij jou, familie en / of vrienden past. Zoek niet verder, je hebt het gevonden. Mijn strand appartement zal voldoen aan iedereen die probeert te zijn waar zand en water is alles wat je ziet, het tropische strand en de wateren van de Golf van Mexico.

En toch bent u op loopafstand van alles wat Clearwater Beach te bieden heeft. Je bent op het strand, weg van geweldige restaurants, speelse strandbars met livemuziek, dansen, winkelen, een jachthaven met geweldige charter vissersboten, sightseeing, diner cruises, duiken en snorkelen, strandactiviteiten en zonsondergangen bij Pier 60, een entertainmentgedeelte van ons strand dat je tijdens je verblijf niet mag missen. Pret! Pret!! Pret!!!

Clearwater Beach, verkozen tot 'The Best City Beach' en 'The Best Place to watch Beautiful Sunsets' door de krant USA Today. En natuurlijk, als je geluk hebt, krijg je die mysterieuze, ongrijpbare 'groene flits' van onze zonsondergang te zien.

Je kunt ook onze beroemde filmster 'Winter' van de langspeelfilm 'Dolphin Tale' in ons Marine Aquarium bekijken. Het is slechts 7 minuten rijden.

Deze ontsnapping aan de dagelijkse druk zal aan uw behoeften voldoen om op een eiland te zijn met water, zand, zon en plezier. Ontspan gewoon!!

The condo was great! Perfectly located just a short walk from all the restaurants and shopping. The beach literally comes right up to the condo! The room is great! Had to deduct 1 star for the elevator being out of order. Not the owners fault but he didn’t warn us. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor. Otherwise we enjoyed every minute!

The property was clean and maintained. The location was superb. Close enough to the action to be able to walk but far enough away to truly enjoy the beach. The condo was extremely quiet, which made it all the more enjoyable. No roads to cross to get to the beach was really nice. Sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. Not one of them, disappointed.

A Perfect Stay

I recently stayed at this condo and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The unit was clean and fully stocked with everything I needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels. The views were incredible, especially at sunrise/sunset, and the balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink.The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in and communication with the host/owner were seamless. They were responsive, professional, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.Whether you’re staying for a few nights or a few weeks, I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Nightmare

Heavy construction started on Monday morning which included very loud drilling underneath the entrance to our condo. The drilling lasted 4 days and was so loud, we couldn’t have a conversation in the condo. Dan (manager) and Gunter(owner) knew this was going to occur one week before, and did not inform us. There was concrete dust outside of our room which was being blown with a blower.. the entry to our room was completely drilled out for a day so that we had to walk on a piece of plywood. When new concrete was poured, we were unable to enter or exit our room. I understand ongoing maintenance needs to be done, but the tenant should BE INFORMED so that they can choose a different place. We also were unable to use our balcony at the end of the week due to drilling of concrete & dust. We were issued a small refund by VRBO because Dan contacted them first. Once they do that, we have no further recourse. I wouldn’t trust this manager or owner. The owner was there every day and would just refer us back to Dan. We payed a premium for this oceanfront property & we’re left very disappointed by our experience.

Perfect getaway

This property surpassed our expectations. The size of the unit, number and comfort of the beds, cleanliness, amenities (beach umbrella and chairs), stunning view of the beach and sunset from the balcony, location (directly on the white, pristine sandy beach of the Gulf and within walking distance of restaurants, community pool, library and shops), and communication with Dan made this the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The unit is not stocked with a lot of the staples that we have found in previous vacation rentals in other areas of the country, but that was OK by us. We choose to simplify our home cooked meals, which was actually a gift.

Just Perfect!

Perfect location and much more quiet and less busy than the hotel areas. Condo had everything we needed. Larger than I thought it would be. Can walk to anything, including Pier 60. Won’t be the last time we choose this property. The beach is beautiful.
