Mooie tegels overal en comfortabel tropische decor. Er is een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer. Coin bediende wasmachine / droger op de site. De woonkamer is op het strand kant van het appartement en het heeft een groot raam met uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico. Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Gratis internet service is beschikbaar.

    The Sunset Chateau ligt aan het populaire Sunset Beach op Treasure Island. Dit directe gebouw aan het strand biedt een wijds uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico vanuit elk appartement hier. Deze accommodatie heeft een klein zwembad op het terrein, maar er zijn geen ligstoelen aanwezig. Houtskoolgrills en tafels bevinden zich net naast het strand bij deze accommodatie, waardoor een strandgrill een leuke optie is voor uw bezoek hier !! Directe toegang tot het strand tot een van de mooiste stukjes strand van Treasure Island kunt u kilometers lopen vanaf uw appartement. Caddy's On The Beach en Ka Tiki zijn 2 strandbar-restaurants die ongeveer ½ mijl lopen het strand op; beide bieden koude dranken, livemuziek en eten. Er zijn veel andere restaurants, winkels en supermarkten op korte rijafstand. Ongeveer 3 mijl ten noorden ligt John's Pass Village op het strand van Madeira, vol winkels, restaurants, watersportactiviteiten en entertainment voor iedereen. Heb je zin in een paar achtbanen terwijl je in de stad bent? Busch Gardens in Tampa ligt op slechts een uur rijden of ga in slechts 2 uur naar de Disney-parken en alle andere attracties van Orlando. Het Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (huis van de winter de dolfijn), Hard Rock Casino, prachtige staatsparken en kilometerslange stranden zijn slechts enkele redenen om onze stranden in Pinellas County te bezoeken !!

Location and beach were outstanding. The unit was dated and the decor was very eclectic. Looked like random purchases from a thrift store. Kitchen was not properly equipped. Sheets were like burlap. We had to go buy our own at Walmart. Overall, disappointing stay.

One bedroom condo

As being a new comer to your condo renting from VRBO we found it very difficult to access your building if it wasn’t for your cleaning staff, we would’ve been lost. Seeing as it it was a Sunday as we arrived. Nobody was on staff to answer our phone call. Prior to our stay. We did not receive any email. On how to receive our keys or access into our condo. Although once we found our place and understood how it works, it was lovely.

No dishwasher so I would have thought they would have left some dish soap. I loved how close it was to the beach. There are two elevators but only one was working and we were stuck in that one for about 20 minutes at one point. I did not like the shared balcony but we were fortunate to have good neighbors. We never used the pool since the ocean was very warm but the pool looked clean and well kept. Shell seeking was good as this area was less populated than the beaches to the north. Caddys on the beach was a short walk and had good food. Shopping in johns pass was fun. Many good restaurants to choose from.

A Week in Paradise!

The view from the bedroom is over Boca Ciega Bay toward South Pasadena and the living area faces the Gulf of Mexico. Great for sunrise and sunsets. Maintenance team did an outstanding job fixing several issues. Owner purchased a new king bed which is to big for the small bedroom. Condo was not clean along with some dishes. Bowl was cracked accross the bottom and was taped. Wall plugs were loose, disposal had a broken blade flying around when turned on. Owner had items stored in closet that took up space for my items. Screen door had paper stuffed in cracks around frame. CD player was broke. Maintenance fixed everything I reported. I don't recommend staying in this Condo 506 Sunset Chateau.

Disappointed with lack of accommodation for more than one person.

Hideabed was broken and had not been fixed or replaced. My sister came to spend a few days with me and had to share the only bed with me. The solution was a blowup bed which was totally unacceptable. Both of us are in our 70’s and sleeping on the floor was not an option! I have requested some type of adjustment on the amount I paid for a condo that advertised as sleeping four people.
