You’ll love the closeness to the water, as you literally walk down the steps and you`re on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico! This cozy unit has all the amenities you’ll need for a night, a week, a month, or more! If you like coffee, I`ve got you covered!

Unlike almost all other beach rental properties, I own this unit and manage it myself (no management company to deal with), so you’ll get personal attention to ensure your getaway is an enjoyable one! It comes with one designated parking space (free with your stay), and if you have a second car, there’s free parking on Gulf Blvd.

You`ll have the entire condo to yourself! Entry to the unit, as well as the laundry room & common areas are via a 4-digit code, which you`ll receive via your account prior to check-in.

Dee, our Housekeeping & Guest Coordinator, will be on-site most days from 11am-1pm. I live locally in Tampa, and occasionally have the opportunity to visit with guests & assist with needs. Most mid-stay needs can be coordinated by Dee, during her hours on-site.

NOTE: We manage this unit and all our listings independently, to keep our rates low. Therefore, guests will only have access to OUR support (eg, no front desk, 24-hr concierge, etc).

The Redington Beach area is great because it`s an easy distance to tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, tourist attractions, and of course, proximity to one of America`s top-rated beaches. Whether you plan to hang at the beach or go explore the area, the possibilities are virtually endless.

The Suncoast Trolley runs up/down Gulf Blvd, with stops at Famous John`s Pass and multiple other places. Sidewalks are as pedestrian friendly as it gets, and you can walk anywhere at all hours of the night safely. Uber/Lyft is plentiful. And don`t forget the bicycles inside the unit!
Early Check-in/Late Check out: Our housekeeping crew is mighty, but small. They typically take care of several units per day, and only have a 4-hour window to prep them. To ensure we meet the timelines promised for our guests, we aren’t able to accommodate early check-in/late check out.

If you need a blow-up mattress for an extra guest, please request one via Airbnb Messenger at least 24 hours prior to check-in!

Make sure your guest count is accurate! We use this to determine linens, ensure there’s enough materials for your stay, etc.
