Beachy Modern Downtown Getaway II

UPSTAIRS LARGE APARTMENT of 1150 square feet of gorgeous living and sleeping space. You will feel like being at home but on vacation. Totally brand new building with a beachy decor and modern amenities. Every room has natural lighting from the large windows and with the open concept, you can certainly relax the moment you enter.

This designer unit had an open concept and has lots of natural light.
This unit includes a fully stocked kitchen so you can create your favorite meals. There are 2 flat screen TVs with streaming service, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. You are right in the heart of downtown, so park your car and walk to see the sunset or grab a bite to eat. If you enjoy walking, running or biking, there is the Pinellas Trail around the corner. No bike, no problem...you can rent them there!

From April thru late October we do have high humidity in air and sometimes air conditioning in condo may be more sensitive to different conditions then usually due to tropical conditions of wether and the air we have may have a humid scent.

You are renting the entire upstairs apartment with a separate entrance. Top floor of a 2-story building.

I am available to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Dunedin is the sister city to Stirling, Scotland, so you will see many things associated with it around town. We are a laid-back community that enjoys walking around town and stopping at a local coffee shop. Don`t be surprised to see golf carts roaming around the town as we are golf-cart friendly. People come from all over to catch our Arts and Craft shows, fresh markets, and holiday parades.

You can take the local Jolley Trolley right around the corner for a nominal fee. Take it north to Tarpon Springs for some great Greek food and sponges, or south to St Pete for their upscale restaurants. You can also take a short walk to the Dunedin marina and boat over the Clearwater Beach and beat the traffic.

**Tiki bar behind the unit has music from Wednesday to Sunday until 10pm.

No smoking or vaping allowed within 50 feet of the property. No exceptions!
No parties allowed
Minimum age to rent is 25.
No charging of Golf Carts
Leave all entrances free of obstruction and sidewalks.
